The space
Welcome to your stunning 4-bedroom retreat nestled in the serene setting of Fripp Island. Upon arrival you'll be greeted by a vast angel oak tree with hanging spanish moss surrounded by a gravel driveway that can fit up to 4 cars. At the front enterance of the house, you'll just need your code for a seamless keypad entry. As you walk into the space, you'll be able to see the open floor plan connecting the kitchen to the living room as well as getting your first glance of its chic interior design.

The living room's lofted ceilings, hotel-esque picture wall, brand new sectional, and two leather armchairs, allows for your group to lounge and watch a movie and or the "game" on the 65" smart TV or to play a game of charades after a day spent at the beach.

As you continue into the house, you'll be greeted by the open kitchen that welcomes culinary enthusiasts with its large island with four new barstools, ideal for preparing delicious meals while catching up with loved ones over a glass of wine. The kitchen stocked with all appliances needed to create the meal your loved ones always rave about. A feature that guests love is the ice machine, that comes in handy with trips to the beach and around the island. The kitchen features a coffee corner that is equipped with a drip coffee machine, a Vertuo Nespresso machine, a Keurig, and a tea kettle, guests can enjoy their coffee or tea just the way they prefer.

Behind the barstools you'll find your way to the outside deck.Here, you'll be greeted by a three teired deck featuring a brand new outdoor sectional, a propane grill and a flat top griddle, allowing your group ample space for relaxing and soaking in the island breeze. Just off of the deck, you will see the fire pit with 6 adorondack chairs inviting cozy evenings under the stars. Whether unwinding by the fire or lounging on the deck, your retreat promises unforgettable moments and cherished memories.

The primary suite features a brand new king bed and a private bathroom with two shower heads, promising indulgent relaxation. You and your partner can step out onto the private outdoor balcony with views of Deer Lake through the tall palm trees, creating a tranquil backdrop for morning coffee or evening stargazing.

The bedroom on the first floor features another king bed with a captivating jungle aesthetic, immersing guests in a lush, tropical ambiance.

The first of two guest rooms upstairs features a brand new queen bed, while the fourth bedroom is a haven for younger guests, offering two twin over double bunk beds, making this house perfect for family and friends gatherings.

Each room is equipped with a smart TV, granting access to streaming services for endless entertainment.

The property has three full baths ensuring convenience for all guests, with two outside showers offer refreshing moments after a day of outdoor adventures around the island.
