Welcome to Sea Glass on Fripp Island

Welcome back to our returning guests—and a warm welcome to those discovering Sea Glass for the first time! We are thrilled to share the home we fell in love with in April 2020 and continue to enhance with thoughtful updates and upgrades to make your Fripp Island getaway even better.

Sea Glass is a spacious 4‑bedroom, 3‑bath canal‑front home designed for relaxation, gathering, and island living at its best. All bathrooms have been fully remodeled since Winter 2024, and we’re excited to offer guests a fresh, updated experience throughout the home.

Outdoor Living & Location
-Private floating dock (new Spring 2025)—perfect for catching crabs, redfish, black drum, and more
-Bring your kayak and launch directly from the dock
-Enjoy Fripp’s incredible wildlife from the screened/glass "Carolina Room" porch, comfortable year‑round
-Gas grill and fire pit for memorable evenings outdoors
-Centrally located on Tarpon Blvd, directly across from Beach Access #18
-Walking distance to the Beach Club, pools, tennis courts, restaurants, and shops

Inside the Home
-Sleeps up to 16 adults across four large bedrooms
-Two bedrooms and two full baths on the first floor—ideal for guests of all ages
-Spacious, open‑concept kitchen, dining, and den—perfect for large families and group gatherings
-Recently updated appliances, including:
New double oven with air‑fry feature
New interior and exterior refrigerators
Smart TVs in all four bedrooms and the den
Wireless internet with plenty of streaming options
Minimal steps
-Close to everything on Fripp, yet tucked away in a private, peaceful setting

Additional Notes
-A golf cart is not included, but we’re happy to recommend our favorite local rental companies.

Fripp Island Club Guest Cards
While not required to enjoy the beach and your stay, Fripp Island Club Guest Cards are required for each guest age 13 and older to access Fripp Island Club amenities. Children 12 and under do not need a card but must be accompanied by an adult with a Guest Card.

Guest Card Access Includes:
Two 18‑hole championship golf courses
(Named one of the “100 Best Golf Resorts in North America” by Links Magazine)
Ten‑court Racquet Club with year‑round tennis
Nine swimming pools throughout the island
On‑island shops and dining, including the Food Court
Island Excursion Rentals (golf carts, bikes, scooters, boats, and more)
Full‑service deep‑water marina
If you choose to use Resort amenities, a 12.8% resort fee (based on the total nightly rental) will be added in addition to the cost of individual Guest Cards.
