Great space, two bedrooms and loft with twin beds, with one bedroom and full bath on the main. Near the Ritz, great location on the North Shore just a short drive to Dole, beaches and Hale’iwa. No central air but has window units and quiet. Comfortable beds and clean! Has a screened in porch. Bring your own shampoo and conditioners. Would stay here again!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Turtle Bay was beautiful. The grounds and the property were amazing. The amenities of the property were awesome. We love North Shore Oahu. On the apartment itself; some of the quilts are stained, the beach towels look like they’ve seen better days, the kitchen wasn’t overly well stocked for six people, and I would say the living room furniture is one of the worst things. It’s extremely uncomfortable and definitely does not make you want to hang out there at all. The mattresses and pillows were nice. Check in and check out were Nice and easy. There was a cockroach in the bathtub, but I do recognize that it’s Hawaii and the critters kinda come along with it. All in all the condo wasn’t bad, but I think there could be some really simple updates that would make it feel much nicer. A few more games would also be nice and the ones that are there could use a cleaning. The rug in the living room could be cleaned as well. It was pretty gross.

The place was very nice. Just a little small for 4 adults and 2 children but we were gone most of the time. Not really an area for small children to play. Unfortunately we were there during the storms so power was out 2 separate times for approx 96 hours and the pool ended up being closed. If you are a golfing family this is an ideal spot.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I do understand the turnaround time for getting clients in and out; however, you will achieve much more by taking the time to ensure your locations are cleaned to the highest standards, given the number of people coming and going. Please understand that the safety of your clients is important for preventing contamination. As suggested, you should strongly consider using a QCI (Quality Control Inspection) form to help you set and maintain your cleanliness standards.

North shore stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation home was in a perfect location. Our girls loved being able to wander around the property. The rooms are perfect and the loft twin beds were great for our twins. The kitchen was fully stocked. The only thing we would have liked was some pool towels and beach chairs, but it’s possible we just didn’t find them. The air kept it comfortable although the loft got a bit hot. Was glad there was a fan to help keep it cool. Would definitely stay again the next time we visit.

We are so fortunate to reside on the lovely island of Oahu, but enjoy a little staycation every year at Turtle Bay! The condo was perfect and we enjoyed our stay!!!!

Perfect landing spot in the North Shore

This was a nice, quiet place to regroup every night before adventures the next day. The community is nice and quiet with a great on-property bar and grill, Lei Lei’s. The condo was clean and we really appreciated the in-unit laundry.

The property was exactly what we expected. It was clean and we enjoyed the well supplied kitchen - every dish and gadget we needed was available. Loved having food storage bowls with lids!. The resort grounds were great - my mom and I walked the property every morning. The resort staff were very helpful in helping us find a place to vacuum the rental car too - so much sand!

Great family spot

We had a great time in the North shore area staying here. The location was awesome and the condo was very clean and fit our family of 5 comfortably. We loved having a kitchen to make our own breakfast and lunch, and a washer and dryer was so convenient. There are SO many yummy places nearby. We were walking distance to the beach at Turtle Bay, a short drive from Sharks cove for snorkeling, many nearby beaches to checkout. We would definitely stay here again! Our kids even loved the pool when they needed a break from the sand.

Great place close to Turtle Bay

The property was perfect for our group of 6. If I can make only one critique, they need to provide more trash bags and laundry supplies. We had to reuse some of our shopping bags to make trash bags. Very clean, and it was a great trip
