Remodeled 2 bedroom ( 2nd bedroom is large loft) beautiful condo with 2 full bathrooms. We are in Kuilima Estates West, which is next to , but not a part of, the Turtle Bay resort. We have 3 pools for your use. We also have tennis and pickleball courts, miles of walking paths, lush greenery, and are a very short walk to the beach. Designated parking at no extra fee, WIFI, AC, and much more!

The home was very clean, plenty of toiletries, furniture and appliances were in good working order. Enjoyed the stay and looking forward to future visits.

Pests: ants and cockroaches throughout the unit, w/ only a minimal number of traps provided. While we appreciated the additional traps and spray upon request, pest control should not be something guests need to request upon arrivalUnit Condition: The unit shows signs of wear and is not recently remodeled. Bathroom fixtures, & doors have rust or chips, and baseboards show water stains. The front door and gate/screen door have gaps at the bottom with no stoppers, leaving openings to the outside; we were advised to place a towel there, which does not feel secure. A piece of the door lock had to be reattached upon arrival. The balcony screen door is ripped, allowing bugs in and preventing it from staying open.Furniture & Bedding: Patio furniture is extremely worn and not suitable for sitting or dining outdoors. The main bed is lumpy and lacks a proper bed frame, making it uncomfortable.Kitchen: There is no DW, and the unit lacked some basic kitchen tools such as scissors, measuring cups, and large bowls, which made meal prep difficult. The water sensor also limits continuous dishwashing. Additionally, stove knobs have no visible markings, making it unclear which burner corresponds to which dial.Supplies: We were initially expected to supply our own toilet paper, which was surprising for a short-term rental at this level. The owner did eventually provide some.Transparency about the unit’s condition and age would help set appropriate guest expectations.

Washer broke and host came and got the wet clothes. Took them home and washed them and returned them so we could dry them. She got some one to come and fix it the next day. Very attentive. I would recommend it very highly.

Absolutely wonderful! Our daughter and grandson flew in from California and we all enjoyed our stay there. So glad that there was great eating places right outside our door. Bitsy, the manager, was just great.

Great place

We loved our stay here. It has an air conditioner in the living area which was super wonderful!!! The owner had communicated about the sofa not working properly before we got there and offered some things to help. The only thing that was missing was: no broom to sweep up things, no shampoo (would have been nice to have a heads up about that so we would have been prepared. The location was perfect! Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay on the North Shore - Turtle Bay

Place was as advertised. Clean, well appointed. My family enjoyed the North Shore Beaches, eating at Hale'ewa, and golfing at the Ritz course which is within walking distance of the condo. Hale'ewa is a little bit of a car ride away for eating out and shopping... but worth the trip. Cute town. Great food. Great vacation!

This property was perfect for our family which included 2 adult children. Location was beautiful and easy to get around. Plenty of things to do nearby or just enjoy the beaches at the resort. Property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Best location

This condo worked great for our family. We drove all over the island and felt confident that this area was the best location to stay on the island. It was also close distance to Lei Lei’s restaurant and we loved going there. It was helpful to have beach towels and beach chairs available to use in the condo.

This property is clean, quiet, and wonderfully located for walks to local beaches and the turtle bay resort. Area is quiet. Property manager is responsive and helpful. Would recommend for your next visit to north shore!

If looking for North Shore expierence this location is good. Walking distance to Turtle Bay Resort and public beach. Many other beaches, towns and expierences with 30 minutes. Nice updates to an older property. Laundry was a plus as we were went to another island after this visit.
