Summer or winter, this property is packed with amazing things to experience! The space has been designed to be both functional and fun with a full kitchen, outside grill, and campfire ring. With 3 bedrooms, a great room, plentiful outdoor seating, plus indoor/outdoor entertaining spaces the home can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably with WiFi, central AC, and 2 full bathrooms. Our goal is to help you relax and unwind so you can make new life-long memories with your family and friends!

The Space
Modern with an up north vibe meticulously maintained. Fully stocked for adults and kids with tons of activities. The location is close to golf, kayaking, hiking, ORV roads and trails, snowmobiling, state land for hunting, and 30 minutes from Saganing Eagle Casino.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the property including private river front property. The water level in the lake and river is still down unfortunately due to the work being done on the Secord Dam.

Security
We have security cameras located outside the main entrance and parking area for guest safety, security, and to ensure property is being used as is expected.

Off-Roading
You can access the Gladwin ORV Trailhead from the property by riding on ORV roads. It's a 12 mile ride to the trails from our home. Simply head South on Bensch Rd., take a left on Boman Rd., and a right on Wildwood Rd. The Gladwin ORV trails pick-up on the left about 6 miles South on Wildwood Rd. and those trails can followed through to the Trailhead.
