Beautiful unit... everything we needed for a great stay and more was provided. Great location, we loved sitting on the balcony watching the sunrises. Communication with our host was great and timley.

View of the beach was great. Property was easy was find, clean, safe. Good location to shopping, food, and beach. Owners were fast to reply to questions, and have everything you need. Cooler backpack, beach towels, and tumblers for the beach. We were not their during the season beach chairs. You can tell it is not a rental but a place they stay. We would stay again.

The property and complex was very clean. The check in process was easy. We enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella. They were sit up and ready before 6 a.m. This is a huge bonus because other resorts you have to wait a while for their chairs to be ready. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to and questions we had. The condo is beautiful and had an amazing view of the ocean. The elevator is very close to the condo which makes arrival, departure and trips to the beach very easy and convenient. We had a wonderful relaxing time and would love to stay here again.

We celebrated our 24 year anniversary and Cathy was the best host. The condo was amazing. It had anything and everything you could need and I loved the pay it forward idea of using a supply and leaving more to keep items stocked. My husband was so happy about the two chairs and an umbrella beach service included with condo. He actually got to enjoy the beach without lugging beach gear. Lol. HOWEVER IF you prefer to have your own beach gear, you are NOT allowed to set it up during the hours of beach service. We had one issue with the beach service operator and notified Cathy and she handled it immediately. Location of condo was close to dining and shopping too.Beach was perfection. Crystal clear waters and soft sand. We had the best time! Thank you Cathy!

Loved our stay, condo was as described. Was very roomy we loved the deep tub and recliners were a nice touch for relaxing. Balcony was roomy and had a nice view of the ocean and pool! We would return here.

For almost 10 years we have been coming to Miramar Beach, this is the 4th time we have stayed at Edgewater. We were disappointed in how unkept this condo was. It did not look like the cleaning staff had done anything. Food on the cabinets, sand and dust with an empty water bottle swept under the bed, and light switches were dirty. I did contact owners and they responded immediately. They had the cleaning staff come back next day. However, when the cleaning person showed, she seemed annoyed and brushed everything off that I mentioned and showed her. She stated that the cabinets just needed to be repainted. I showed her the splashes of whatever was on the cabinet and she assured me that she would wipe everything down along with the light switches. My husband and I left the condo to allow her to clean. When we returned nothing has been wiped except the areas on the refrigerator. I then preceded to wipe all the cabinets off and was able to get the sticky spots off. Along the bottom of the cabinets food/crumbs that should have been cleaned. The bathroom floor is warped and moved when you walked on it. I was very disappointed in this condo, we left Friday evening due to not being able to relax as much as we wanted to.

Beautiful, relaxing

We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay at edgewater. Everything was easy and the condo was perfectly supplied with everything we needed and more. Condo was larger than I expected. Beach attendants were very helpful (don’t forget to tip. They work hard!). Tiki bar is briefly opened during the day by the pool and had excellent burgers and drinks for lunch! No wait for elevators and short walks to both parking and the beach.

Florida vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. We are a family of four and had plenty of space. The unit was clean and had many items to help get our week started (trash bags, seasonings, dish soap, etc.). The complex being right on the beach was very convenient and not overcrowded like the public beaches. Two pools gave us room to swim and a nice gym to keep up the gains.

Fabulous place

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. The condo had everything you could need for the beach. Great location and easy to get around. It was very nice to have umbrella and chairs set up everyday.

A week in your condo

We loved your property. Comfortable furniture, easy access since the elevator was so close. Really enjoyed having the beach, chairs and umbrella every day, such a perk. Great view from our deck every day.Would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend it.

Great stay at Miramar

Clean, family friendly location. Located right across the street from a grocery store and shops. Owners were very helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. Would recommend!

We are two old fraternity brothers who decided with our wives to buy a beach property at Edgewater after becoming empty nesters! Steve and Arian Orlando are from Frisco, TX, and Bryan and Cathy Booth are from Mount Pleasant, SC. We all love the beach and love Edgewater. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Before purchasing our own unit, we had come to Edgewater with our families several times. We always said one day we would buy one if we could. We purchased this one from William and Donna Arkell of Imagine Destin, LLC, who quickly became friends. We also own unit #1304 a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit in Edgewater. It is an option if you are looking to rent both units for larger families. We Love sitting on the balcony and drinking our coffee in the mornings - the view is amazing! It is right on the sand, is well maintained, and has a true resort feel. The greenspace and the playground are perfect places for children to play, and the pool is area is large and beautiful. Two pools, hot tub, kiddie pool and just a few short steps from the beach. We also love the easy access to the beach, pool, shopping, & dining. Everything is easily accessible. We hope to share our home with not only previous guests, but also with new guests who will come stay with us again and again.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The first time we saw this rental unit, we felt at home. Like stated before, the east facing balcony makes morning coffee a pleasant way to start the day. It also provides shade from the afternoon sun. We spend most of our time either on the balcony or on the beach! We also love that you can also enjoy the amazing view from the Master Bedroom as well. The unit is quiet, peaceful and relaxing...the perfect place for a getaway.
