- You must be 25 years or older to book. We verify your age at booking and during check-in. The person making the reservation must be present during check-in. This policy is strictly enforced.
-Parking at Calypso Resort - There is a Registration Fee of $60.00 per vehicle paid directly to the resort association which includes one parking pass. Additional passes may be requested but cannot be guaranteed due to limited availability.
- CALYPSO TOWER III is not located directly on beach. There is a walkway to take you to the beach across the street.
- This is a NON SMOKING unit and building. This includes public areas and the balcony. This is strictly enforced by on site security. If you get caught smoking in the unit or the balcony, this will result in immediate eviction and loss of deposit.

Quiet hours start at 10PM

Property bands must be worn at all times.

The clearance height for the main entrance to the parking garage is 6’10”. The clearance height leading from the first level ramp to the second level and above is 6’7”.

Parking at Calypso Resort - Guests must register their vehicle before check in to receive a parking pass.

Fitness Center - Hours 7AM-10PM - Users must wear non-slip, athletic shoes, shirts and proper attire for exercise and appearing in public. Wet swimsuits, flip flops, bare feet or sock feet are not proper. The Association provides no supervision and users enter and use the facility at their own risk. Users must report any unsafe condition immediately to the property manager or a member of the Board. Users must wipe down the equipment after each use.

Tower 1 & 2 amenities are not available to guests staying in Tower 3

PRIVATE CABANA RENTALS for TOWER 3 GUESTS - Cabana Rentals at the Tower 3 pool are available to rent daily from 10 am - 10 pm, and are for Tower 3 guests only. Visit the Panhandle Getaways Front Desk at Tower 3 to book a private cabana for your stay! (*price subject to change)
