Located directly on the Caloosahatchee River in southeast Cape Coral, this villa offers open water views and a relaxed setting for a comfortable stay. The unique riverfront location provides beautiful scenery and the opportunity to experience Florida's wildlife up close.

The villa offers approximately 1,419 sq ft of living space and accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathtub. The second bedroom also offers a king-size bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed. These two bedrooms share a second bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs.

The open and bright living area includes a comfortable seating area with a large sofa and TV, as well as a dining area next to the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and a kitchen bar, ideal for breakfast or quick snacks. Large sliding doors connect the interior with the terrace and enhance the open-concept layout.

The outdoor area is designed for enjoying the Florida climate. The south-facing pool can be heated and offers plenty of sunshine throughout the day. Sun loungers are available, and the covered seating area with gas grill is perfect for outdoor dining. From the terrace, you can enjoy unobstructed views of the river.

Due to the direct riverfront location, dolphins can often be seen in the water, and with a bit of luck, you may also spot manatees.

The villa is located in a quiet yet central area. Grocery stores can be reached within a few minutes by car, and Cape Coral offers a wide range of restaurants, shopping options, and golf courses.
