Jeff’s Cottage … This little hideaway is on a secluded cove. But, it’s not too hidden away to be more than a stone’s throw from great fishing and stores, gas, night life and pretty close to anything else you want.

It’s bigger than it looks… as you will see. The lower floor is it’s own space with sleeping area and bath and plenty of room for a gathering, too. The laundry room is off this area, as well.

This large and scenic lot has water on two sides and an easy walk to the wide, beautiful cove. Fish from the bank or hop in your boat and head out of this cove and into Lanana Bay just off the main lake body.

This house has just been renovated and is much like a new house – but with the character of an older one. The large living area opens into the adjoining kitchen and dining areas. The whole house is nicely appointed and you’re going to get a great night’s sleep in either of the two bedrooms.

Jeff’s Cottage will be clean and in working condition. No compensations will be given for non-working items outside the owner’s control, including but not limited to power outages, TV outages, internet outages, etc. For items inside the owner’s control, the owners will make every attempt to rectify problems that may occur while you are in the home. It is the renter’s responsibility to notify the owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or any other compensation will be given for the problems that the owner is able to rectify within a reasonable time frame.
Jeff’s Cottage Is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
By your confirmation, guests booking Jeff’s Cottage are hereby agreeing to all terms and conditions of this agreement.
