The space
Laid back living space, huge flat screen Smart TV in bedroom provides plenty of channels and has HDMI hookup. Hypoallergenic 1200 thread-count organic cotton sheets are as soft as silk. Closet and under bed drawers provide plenty of storage space. Bedroom lock has a touchpad and we have monitored security so your stuff is safe. Self check-in is easy.
Guest access
In addition to their private bedrooms, guests will have access to the kitchen and bath. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, so please be considerate of fellow guests who may need the bathroom. , so we expect a five-star review if you get that exactly. This is not a regular hotel where you're going to be greeted by a bellhop in a suit, you instead may be greeted by someone in their swim shorts cooking dinner in the kitchen. We are not responsible for your interactions with other people, noise from roommates in the building, etc. We still expect a 5star review whether you see someone half naked or if someone left the bathroom stinking or whatever other people problems you have...don't judge the place because of the other people living in it! I only supply the location. If other guests are being loud, bring your earplugs. If you're an over-sensitive person who has trouble being around other people who are just living and being comfortable in the home, then this place is not for you. If you are moving to Wisconsin in the winter you better know how to shovel snow, there is often no service available.
Other things to note
Our hot water is very hot. Careful setting the shower temp before stepping in. the weather seal around our front door is rather tight. If the front door doesn't unlock when it should, it is because you have to pull the door fully closed to make sure it's fully latched or else the little electric motor in the lock cannot throw the bolt. Wait for the electric motor to unlock the door before trying to turn the knob.
