☆ Rental Agreement & ID: A rental agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking. A valid government-issued ID is also required by our insurance provider. Reservations may be cancelled if these requirements are not completed within the required timeframe.
☆ Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation or refund policy. HOUSE RULES: **Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to fine and/or termination by the Host without refund.** 1. No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy for this property is 8 people. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. 2. No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property. There shall be a minimum fine of $1,000 for this violation. 3. Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. 4. Must be 25 years and older to book. 5. No pets allowed on property unless specifically stated in the listing; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. If pets are stated in the listing, then the following rules apply: Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No other species allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied. 6. Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time. 7. A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind. 8. No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee. 9. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guest’s reservations. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation and refund policy for unforeseen events or unfortunate circumstances. 10. Rental Agreement Please read and sign the agreement below Guest and Host: West Coast Homestays LLC (“Host”).
THE PREMISES. The Guest agrees to occupy the following residence from the Host.
LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises during their confirmed/booked dates (the “Occupancy Term.”) Check in shall be no earlier than 4:00PM on the first date of the Occupancy Term. Check out shall be no later than 10:00AM on the last date of the Occupancy Term or guests shall incur a late fee of $100 for each half hour they are late to check out.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8 AM. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. If stated in the listing, a Minut noise monitor will monitor the noise levels of the home to ensure appropriate decibel levels are not equal to or exceeding 80 decibels. If noise levels are equal to or exceeding 80 decibels, our team will inform you to quiet down. If the noise disturbance is not dismissed after the first formal warning, Host reserves the right to terminate this Agreement with no refund and immediate removal from the Premises.
OCCUPANTS. Unless Guest receives Host`s prior written approval, total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of number of guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises or observed on the exterior security cameras entering the home, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host with no refund.
HOUSE RULES:

We loved this property. We booked for over a week an it was perfect. We had a variety of activities for everyone in our group - from sunbathing on the bay, walks on the beach, happy hour at Pacific Beach. The property had allThe amenities for home cooked meals. We cooked and tried amazing restaurants. The property is located close to many places of interest. We took Ubers but could have easily driven. I highly recommend the property and would book again.
