Summary:
Relax by the fireplace or soak in the hot tub at this cozy alpine condo at the base of the Cottonwood Canyons. This posh condo has all the comforts of home. You'll be minutes from world-class skiing at Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude. Not just for winter, the off-season is a gateway to incredible hiking, waterfalls and a plethora of mountain biking opportunities. 20 minutes away from downtown SLC, premier dining, shopping, museums, U of U, world famous Temple Square, and the airport!

The Space:
3 bedroom/2.5 bath renovated townhome.

Guest Access:
Door code/garage keypad code will be provided before checkin.

The Neighborhood:
The property sits at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon, and only a few minutes drive from the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon. We're one of the closest locations to access both canyons and which take you to the best ski/snowboard resorts Utah has to offer. Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude, and Alta are each minutes from the doorstep. Park City and Deer Valley are 30 minutes away and downtown dining, museums, shopping, and events are within a 15-20 minute drive. Airport is 20 minutes away.

Getting Around:
We are walking distance from the Porcupine Grill, ski rentals, We are located close to golf, hiking, shopping, and movie theaters.

Other Things to Note:
There is a one car garage and additional parking available on site.
Enjoy the downtown view from your private 8 person seasonal hot tub at the base of the Wasatch mountains, near the best skiing in the world!

This condo was perfect for our family gathering. Very clean and recently remodeled. Amazing location to the mountain activities. Would highly reccomend this listing and we will for sure be coming back!

Perfect Ski Retreat

Great place. The house was clean, well-decorated, and perfectly located near the canyon. Everything about the process was smooth and it made for a fantastic trip. Highly recommend and would gladly return.

2nd Stay Here and Will Return Again!

This was our 2nd stay in the Cozy Condo since we absolutely loved our first visit last year! The condo is beautifully updated, exceptionally clean and organized, comfortable, and has everything you need. The hot tub on the balcony is a dream after a long ski day. The location is perfect since it’s minutes from the airport, downtown SLC, and very close to shops and restaurants. We have only stayed here during ski season since the easy access to the local ski resorts in under 30 minutes is ideal. However we would return during any season since the property fits all our needs. We will be back soon!

GREAT ski week ‘25

This place was PERFECt for my family of 4. Beautiful decor, super cozy, quiet from room to room. The KITCHEN was amazingly well-stocked. A knife sharpener by the knives! (Everyone know rental knives are dull and worthless - not here!) Location of this place also perfect - basically right at bottom of Big Cottonwood. We had a major powder day, and just had to make it through the light and into the canyon. Skip the long lines of cars on Wasatch Blvd! Thanks Jeremey as well for being a great host.

Comfortable and Clean!

Our family of 4 greatly enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cottonwood Canyon Condo. We especially liked the open floor design. There was ample space and the living room offered a cozy and warm place to relax after a day of skiing. The kitchen was perfectly outfitted for home cooked meals. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We really liked the firm king bed in the master room upstairs - so much so that we are on the hunt for the same mattress! Communication with the property manager was easy via text. The location was very convenient to many amenities in addition to Alta and Snowbird ski resorts. We'll return to this rental for our next trip and will gladly recommend it to our friends and family. Thanks to the owners and property manager (Jeremy) for making our family trip so comfortable and enjoyable. :)

Qick family trip

Everything was as stated. The area was quiet and private. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook some of our meals. Also close to good food and the soccer game we came to watch.

Super Nice Condo in Great Location, Great Host

This place was amazing! The condo was beautiful and is in a very nice area. It was the most fully stocked VRBO we’ve ever stayed in, with everything we could have possibly needed. The host, Jeremy, was great to communicate with and very accommodating. We made this reservation in a hurry when our initial hotel didn’t work out, and he helped us book it very quickly. In short, it was an excellent experience and we are excited to return again in the future!

This place has everything!

The reviews are all accurate. There is not one thing we needed that wasn’t available. Super clean, modern and chic and very good pillows on all beds! Very convenient to visit Snowbird, Alta and Brighton. Perfect spring break trip for the family.

Great holiday Week

We enjoyed the most wonderful christmas week here. They have everything, the house is amazing, location perfect and we skied everyday.. just the best!! The hot tub was so relaxing at the end of a day of skiing. We will definitely be back. Thanks for having such a great rental!

Perfect Home for Family Ski Trip!

My family (spouse, teen, and tween) just enjoyed a wonderful ski trip while we stayed at this fantastic property! The home has been updated beautifully, is very clean, and is well stocked with kitchen items, towels, and linens. My boys had their own bedrooms on the main floor while the primary bedroom is upstairs. The beds are very comfortable with great linens and blankets. After a long day of skiing, hitting the jacuzzi on the deck was exactly what we needed. There are multiple levels so keep that in mind if anyone has problems with stairs. This didn't bother us or wake us up, we could hear the somewhat loud garage doors from the unit next door. It might only be bothersome if they opened in the middle of the night. The snow plow truck is also loud so bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper! Overall the home is wonderful and the location is perfect for a ski trip. Local SLC ski resorts, like Brighton and Solitude, are about 30 minutes away.

Beautiful home

Beautifully accessorized and very clean. Well organized kitchen with everything you’d need including crockpot, blender, mixer, toaster and waffle maker. Great beds and furnishings. Wonderful hot tub too! Loved it! Very convenient to the ski resorts.

Beautiful property

We were visiting SLC for a memorial service, but we grew up about 15 minutes from where we stayed, so it was also a trip to visit all the places we used to go as children. The property was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, the kitchen was very well appointed, and it was very comfortable. Our only complaint is the TV did not get any local stations - it was only subscription services - so we couldn’t watch a few things we wanted to. It was also a difficult system to navigate (and we are pretty well versed in smart TV’s and subscription services). Beyond that, we were very happy. It was a great place and we would stay again. Thank you!

Beautifully updated condo in great location

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay in this condo in Cottonwood Heights. It was updated and decorated beautifully with great attention to detail. It was centrally located and was easy to visit downtown Salt Lake City, Park City, Wasatch mountains, and many other beautiful Utah sites.

Great place to stay!

This place is beautiful and in a great location! 20 minutes from SLC, 20 minutes from the University of Utah and minutes away from awesome hiking. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean, we really couldn't ask for a better place to stay.
