Cozy, modern, updated house with hot tub - perfect for multiple families and kids. Two king bedrooms, a room featuring two twin beds along with a loft space with four twin beds. Two living areas - the basement couch is modular and can be shifted into a bed. Downstairs dining table can be used for a home office, meals, or games.

Very nice!

We had a great stay here, the house is very clean and well kept, the kitchen is stocked with just about everything you might need and there is lots of space. It was super easy communicating with the owner, a very nice experience! Definitely would stay here again.

Great house, great location

We spent Thanksgiving week here and had everything we needed! The location was perfect-a safe, lovely neighborhood close to downtown and the University. Plenty of room and everything was comfortable and updated.

Great location, great layout

We loved our stay at this Sugarhouse home. Great floor plan for our party allowing each group some privacy, great space for getting together, great location and neighborhood. Clean and comfortable as well. Would highly recommend.

Stay for a wedding

It was such an amazing stay! The entire place is so adorable and perfect. The design of the house is cute and and stocked really well. We had a group of 11 come for a wedding and it had all the space we needed. Would totally stay here again!!

Winter Season in SLC

We spent two months at this very nice home in Sugar House, skiing most days in one of the many fantastic mountains nearby. It's only ten minutes to the Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons access roads. House is well stocked for a great visit and the hot tub is wonderful after a day on the slopes

Great Cozy Home

Perfect place to stay for a visit with your kids attending University of Utah. Was able to share with several other parents. Close to school and close to numerous amenities. Highly recommended.

Sugarhouse Stay Enjoyable

We were very happy with the clean and comfortable accommodations. The beds were super comfy hotel style linens/mattresses, much appreciated after a very active busy day with family at Monster Jam. Two king rooms offered on top of all the twin beds in home. Communication with property manager very easy and any concerns were addressed right away. Having an extra den to relax with the kids was a plus for our family. I highly recommend! Thank you very much.

Nice getaway

We were visiting for the George strait concert and the house couldn’t have been more perfect for us, and the location was very ideal for commuting. We admired how clean the house was.

Sweet Sugarhouse Stay

A super cute spot with great rooms and hangout areas. Had everything we needed: laundry, iron, all the kitchen stuff, extra blankets and pillows, etc. EaSome stores and restaurants easy to walk to. The only super small bummer was that the outdoor patio needed a good cleaning. It was pretty dusty and dirty so we didn't end up enjoying the outside space like we'd hoped. The cuteness and functionality of the house overrode that downside for us!

Family Friendly Home in a great location

We stayed for 3 nights. This home is centrally located and close to a very nice park. The host was communicative and we definitely felt the pride of their ownership at this home. Down to all the details. Would definitely stay here again should the need arise.

Very Comfortable

This is a cute, clean house in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of space for a large family. Lots of areas inside and out to congregate. The owners are very friendly and very responsive. I'm happy to recommend the house and would definitely stay there again.

Cute house in Salt Lake!

Perfect house, about a 30 minute drive to both Brighton and Park City mountains! Able to comfortably fit 6 adults for the week. Hot tub out back was a nice feature. Would stay again next year!! :)

Perfect SLC ski rental

This property was perfect! Super accesible to all the mountains (and five minutes from a Christy sports so handling rentals was easy). House was very comfortable and kitchen well stocked so it was easy to relax after a day a of skiing. Leslie was very responsive the whole time.

Touches of Luxury

Lovely place to stay for a small family trip. The house has a lot of extra touches - not necessary, but very nice - like option of two nice shower heads in the main bath, or soft, fuzzy blankets with each bed. Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook all our meals.We traveled in the summer and though the AC struggled to catch up from the heat wave temps when we arrived, it was able to keep even the loft pleasant on the following day.Our kids loved the loft (toys! pillows! reading nook! kid sized ceilings!). The grandparents liked downstairs, and I liked being able to separate or be together. Definitely will check on availability if we're back in the area.

weekend visit to SLC

We had a wonderful stay overall. The property was very nice and clean, and met our needs very well. We had difficulty when we first arrived, as the code to access house did not work. But we got an immediate response from our host and she helped us get in. I would definitely recommend this property if you are visiting SLC and want to be in the Sugar house district!

Great Stay in Sugar House

We booked the house for a cousin ski trip and it was perfect. We had 12 people stay and we all slept great. The beds were very comfortable and there were a lot of towels and bedding for everyone. There was plenty of room for all of us to hang out and relax after a long day of skiing. The hot tub was a great spot to unwind as well. The host communicated quickly with us with any questions we had. We will definitely book again if we plan another trip here. Thanks!!!

We love the mountain views, the quiet and safe neighborhood and close proximity to shops and great places to eat. Salt Lake City and Sugarhouse have so much to offer - in the winter and in the off season times!

We are in love with the colorful loft - with some toys for younger kids. The backyard is a great place to kick off your shoes and enjoy the hot tub, firepit and play some games. It's a great place for multiple families to enjoy separate spaces but still feel close together!
