Quiet garden home located on a private golf course with gorgeous views. Enjoy grilling and relaxing on the spacious back deck while you watch the fireflies and the sunset. Perfect for remote work or vacation, this property is convenient to all of Longview's best shopping, activities, and restaurants- just off Loop 281 and Bill Owens Parkway.
The plush master suite has a full wall picture window overlooking the course, 50" flat screen TV with surround sound, and built in electric fireplace.
Executive amenities Include full sized kitchen, dedicated workspace with docking monitor and extended reach high speed WiFi, garage parking, and a full sized washer/dryer.
3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds is a great kids hangout, accessible only by stairway.

Access to Crossing Creeks Country Club facilities is not available to non-member rental guests .

Hosts are very accommodating and responsive to messages. The coffee bar had everything we needed and more. The beds and pillows were super comfy. You could easily tell by the provided amenities that the hosts want you to be comfortable, like you're in your own home. Would definitely recommend to others and also stay here again!

Great comfy seating in living area, beautiful master bedroom. Deck overlooks golf course fairway. Large kitchen with coffee bar. Two car garage for parking. Host very communicative. Great place to stay in Longview!

This was our second stay at this wonderful home. Located just minutes from everything in Longview, but quiet enough to sit inside or on the back porch and just talk. Having use of the garage was a real bonus because it kept our vehicles out of the sun.We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay on a golf course

We were in Longview for a baby shower for our 14th great grandchild. The property was OUTSTANDING! Completely the same as pictured on the VRBO site. Sitting on the deck overlooking the golf course was very pleasant. The bedrooms comfortable and nicely decorated, the living room and kitchen spacious and the garage a plus! Hope to stay there again!

Great to place to stay

We went to our great niece’s graduation in Marshall Tx . This place is nice and quiet and everything you will need is provided . The host is awesome and very responsive. The bed rooms are very nice and this place is very well kept . I will stay again when traveling to this area . The location is very close to the highway I-20 and shopping, Walmart , various restaurants.

Unbelievable Comfort

If you are looking for a place to gather with friends and family and just unwind for a few days from the day to day challenges, this is it!!!!!! I have never been more comfortable than I was here. The hosts are terrific! I had my 2 yr old grandson with me and they even researched playgrounds and splash pads for us. Communication was great, any questions we had we addressed right away. The whole home had such a relaxing atmosphere and the beds!! Especially the master suite. I am going to have to find out what kind of mattress and sheets they use because these were the best I've ever slept on. Relaxing on the deck in the evening was an extra nice perk to finish our day. Loved having the washer and dryer as well. This was my first experience with VRBO but I can sure tell you it won't be my last. I highly recommend this home, I can't stress enough the comfort they offer!

Another Great Stay!

This was our second time at The Fairway. So comforting to know we’d arrive with ease of check-in and clean, welcoming rental. The view is beautiful sitting on the deck and even grilling up some steaks. The extras of bath mats, snacks, hand soaps really makes a difference… it’s the “little things” . Close to all we needed. Comfy beds. And happy to do my LETU student’s laundry! plenty of towels. Would def stay here again!

Great owners!

We had a very nice stay. So easy to communicate with the owners. The third bedroom is actually a loft area with a trundle bed with access to one of the two bathrooms downstairs. Not a problem for us though! Enjoyed it thoroughly!

Great property!

Weekend rental to attend a family event. Property was perfect for our family of five to have a place to rest, share meals, have a nice place to relax, and centrally located to all locations we needed to go to. Thank you for a great stay!

Family Weekend at LeTourneau

We had an extended 3 nights in Longview to visit our son for HoCo/Family weekend. My 80y & 89y old parents were with us, so it was important for them to be able to relax and rest after long, fun days. We had a great stay at The Fairway. Super comfy beds, little extras you don’t always get with rentals, a beautiful view on the deck, safe, and just an overall great stay. My hubs grilled some steaks, potatoes, and veggies on the Blackstone for our last night family dinner. We ate outside and enjoyed the evening. Easy check-in/check-out. Def recommend this wonderful garden home.

Perfect Weekend Rental

We were in town for a reunion and this was the perfect place to stay - super clean/updated, the owners/hosts were great and responsive/helpful, and the location is perfectly situated to get anywhere in Longview in under 10 minutes. We have already passed it along to friends for any future trips to the area.

This is such a convenient location to get to everything in Longview, but the views over the golf course give you the feel of being further out from the hustle and bustle.
