Each bedroom is styled with cozy details, fresh linens, and plenty of natural light for a restful stay.

When it's time for play, head to the converted garage/game room for a round of pool or darts, or pick fresh bananas from the trees in the yard. With keyless entry, provided beach gear (chairs, umbrella, cart, cooler, beach towels), and thoughtful extras like pool-safe plasticware, your stay is designed to be as easy as it is enjoyable.

🐾 Dog friendly stay: We warmly welcome well-behaved canine companions (no cats). Jacksonville Beach is dog-friendly, with many restaurants offering outdoor seating and water bowls for your pup.

• $150 per pet fee
• Dogs should be house-trained or kenneled when alone
• For the comfort and safety of all guests, aggressive or unsocialized dogs are not permitted

💦Pool Heating: Pool heating to 85° is available September 15 – May 15 with 72 hours’ notice, with a daily heating fee. Heaters may not reach the desired temperature if the lows fall below 45° (which is rare).
