Inside, Palm Grove offers two spacious living rooms, perfect for families who want to spread out or give parents their own space. Gather around the open-concept kitchen with bar seating, new appliances, and a fully stocked coffee station, or enjoy meals together in the dedicated dining area. Each bedroom is styled with cozy details, fresh linens, and plenty of natural light for a restful stay.

When it's time for play, head to the converted garage/game room for a round of pool or darts, or pick fresh bananas from the trees in the yard. With keyless entry, provided beach gear (chairs, umbrella, cart, cooler, beach towels), and thoughtful extras like pool-safe plasticware, your stay is designed to be as easy as it is enjoyable.

This home is truly set up for both relaxation and fun - whether you're enjoying a poolside afternoon, a cozy night in, or a beach day just minutes away.

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.
Guests use the pool at their own risk.

DOG FRIENDLY: We warmly welcome four-legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!) There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines: Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property. Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone. Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.
