Escape to Island Vibes! Experience this luxurious villa in beautiful San Pedro, Belize. A newly constructed residence, elegantly decorated villa, located in the only gated community, Mahogany Bay Village. This hard wood floor villa includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen and private pool. One bedroom and bathroom includes a kitchenette connected to the main home with a separate entrance. Paradise awaits you! There are developments in Mahogany Bay, therefore rates are auto adjusted.

Guests do not have access to the Hilton`s Resort private beach club, gym nor the pool. However, we have our very own POOLCLUB with a restaurant and bar. You simply show our key chain, and you will get an exclusive 10% discount. Ambergris Caye may have power outages during busy times. They`re short but may happen during your stay. Thanks for understanding! The property has a backup generator in case of any power outage.

We visited Belize as a family of 4 and stayed at the Plumeria House, which was an excellent choice for us. Great location within Mahogany Bay to access the Farmhouse and Pool Club. The house was well-maintained and very comfortable for relaxing after long days of exploring the island. We had a terrific vacation, and we highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a great place to relax and enjoy their time on the island.

The management company was excellent. The house is located next to an amazing restaurant, the PoolClub which my family enjoyed so much we ate there multiple times during our 7 day trip. There is no easy beach access, so we needed to go to bars, or other resorts for meals to have beach time. We had multiple water excursions that were truly wonderful. We took my in-laws and the separate unit in the house worked out great for them.

The people were great! There were things that went wrong but they were on top of it. I would fix the glass doors that are stuck and the rust spot in the pool, and the lounge chair cushions may have gotten attacked by some animal, lol. Would stay again!

The Plumeria House was absolutely beautiful, and perfect for our stay in Belize! We loved having our personal pool, and we slept well every night! The check-in and checkout process was smooth and management communicated in advance and timely! Will definitely consider for our next visit!

Great Stay

This was our 2nd trip to Belize and Mahogany Bay. Perfect location. We were worried about mosquitos heading into the trip and it was a non issue. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful property with plenty of space!

This place was great - it felt like home away from home. Plenty of space, lots of modern features, and such a peaceful property. There a cafe with a few grocery items and a super chill pool lounge, both just steps away from the property. Highly recommended!

Spacious and stylish

It was a lot of space for the two of us, but I’ve never slept more soundly on the first night of vacation. The bird sounds were so soothing! And there was a market with coffee within walking distance and access to the pool club right across the street.

Plumeria House - Jan '25

We finished our trip to Belize staying in San Pedro for the last 4 days. The home had all of the comforts and amenities, with each couple having plenty of room and privacy. It is located south of the busier part of town but close enough to get out and explore. Kathryn and Gaby were very help with service requests connecting us to golf cart vendors, market recommendations and general assistance during our stay. We took advantage of the Farmhouse Market and Cafe's recent opening, the take and bake pizza was very tasty as well as the dinner we enjoyed at the Pool Club. They aren't kidding about needing bug spray, with the mangroves right off the boat dock/pool deck its a little overwhelming at dusk but it was very enjoyable during the day. We would definitely consider this place again, just have more exploring to do first.

Secret Hideout

This house was very nice and pictures are exactly as it should be. Checking in process was perfect. Also the pool guy came by to service the pool. The house is well equipped. The staff was amazing. The restaurant pool bar on the property was my favorite.The only thing I would suggest is that they don’t want you to walk on the floor that is wood, not sure why because I receive multiple splinters because the floor may have water damage, that is not safe…The location was quiet and peaceful and we felt very safe. My 6th time in Belize, I love it and plan on building my home there mid year… I had a reservation from another Golf Cart company that I always use when I come, this time I canceled that reservation and went with Hasan gold Cart company, they was referred by Gaby, only to get there and get the raggedy golf cart that my husband and his friend had to get out on several occasions we was stuck, from the time I received that cart it was back firing consistently, not well kept and the transaction was a bit ghetto, they may me at the water taxi, they have about a 6 men there, and he Keeos asking me about cash in front of these people, my family felt uncomfortable to pay the 95 deposit I end up sending it Zelle, we were scared to pull out our money you sent it to Hassan. Golf Cart this is Luxury, and tried to over charge me when I had already paid when booked…I was disappointed and wished I would have used my golf cart Novak comp.Other wise it was a great time
