Enjoy rest, relaxation, and restoration at Quiet Waters, a 1 bedroom-2 full bath oceanfront condo in North Topsail Beach. Be welcomed by unobstructed views of both the ocean and intracoastal waterway and experience amazing sunrises and inspiring sunsets. Enjoy a swim in our heated pool - even in the winter - and watch the fishing boats and dolphin go by as you enjoy a cup of coffee from the private balcony. Onsite is an arcade and playground for the children.

There is also a main resort pool with a cabana serving food and beverages as well as two onsite restaurants for the whole family.

Clean and cozy with everything we could need. From the balcony we had beautiful sunsets in the evening and we watched the dolphins with our morning coffee. The host, Antonia was very kind and helpful. We will definitely return!

Wonderful beach retreat!

St Regis is a real gem - wonderful facility. The pool was very nice and the 2 restaurants and coffee shop onsite were great. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with supplies. We loved that the deck had views of both the ocean and inter-coastal waterway which had some fabulous sunsets! Want to come back again!!

Dream Views: Beach & Wetlands--Beautifully Decorated Apartment

The property & apartment was perfect ! Beautifully clean and decorated, unbelievable 360 degree views of the ocean and the wetlands which included sunrise and sunsets, & a balcony to catch the breezes. Steps from the beach. Perfect amenities a restaurant and coffee/ice cream shop on premises. Owner was available for questions. Will stay here again on my next trip !

The condo had the space and everything we needed. Property owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had. Condo was very clean, great location, and great view of both the ocean and intercostal waterway. St. Regis had an onsite ice cream/coffee shop which was convenient.We had a great time visiting North Topsail Beach.

What I enjoy most about North Topsail Beach is that it is quiet and family oriented. St. Regis Resort, where our condo is located, has several wonderful amenities including two-onsite restaurants, an ice-cream shop, a coffee shop, resort style pool - and coming soon - a covered pool. Our neighbors are friendly, and because of the quiet nature of North Topsail and my condo, my family, friends, and are able to relax, sleep well, and enjoy nature while we're there.
