There is a king bedroom, Queen master bedroom with ensuite and pool door, A double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. The entire space is yours and we've tried to make it as family-friendly as possible so you can relax without worrying what the kids are about to break. :) Please do not ever leave kids or non-swimmers unattended in the pool. Keyless entry without any cameras inside or out. Privacy is our wish for your stay. The pool in the rear is private with no neighbors backing up to our home.

Check in procedures from your host: Your unique keyless code will be sent to you within 3 days of your arrival. Please keep all doors closed to keep the house cool. Please put out trash Monday evening for a Tuesday am pick-up. Have fun and don't sweat the small stuff. You're on vacation.
Check out procedures from the cleaning service: Please place all dirty towels in laundry room (garage) before leaving. Run the dishwasher with dirty dishes on your way out, and please secure the door and place trash in the outside trash can. Thanks!

Currently, my family and I live in Powder Springs, GA, about 30 miles north of Atlanta. We travel to Florida and Disney several times a year and hope to retire there after our youngest finishes high school and goes to college in a few years, or so. Until then, we hope you can enjoy our home away from home as much as we do.

We fell in love with this mature neighborhood instantly. The street is quiet, wide and there's space in between houses. The huge, mature trees in this neighborhood add to its charm.

Our property doesn't have rear neighbors and backs up to a full spread of bushes, giving you a feeling of peace and serenity when you're in the pool. The bedrooms have nice separation, making it possible to put the kids in the rooms across the living room on the other side while you sleep peacefully in the master
