Fish off your own private dock (striped bass!), swim to your heart's content, or paddle board around the saltwater lagoon. Luxury bifold doors span the entire length of the kitchen & dining room allowing for a completely unobstructed view of the water and wonderful afternoon breeze!

The host was helpful, accommodating & communicative. Convenient location with access to lots of grocery stores, shops, restaurants & even hiking trails w/in 5-10 minutes. Wonderfully peaceful location on the lagoons with amazing birds. Sadly, it’s been only a winter holiday stay to accommodate all the adult kids visiting so weather was pretty solid rain, but we’d love to come back in Spring/Summer for access to loads of water play w/ kayaks, SUPs etc. The family would love it!!

The home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The water view is wonderful and lots of seating for everyone to enjoy both the morning and evening light. The beds were very comfortable as was the living room furniture. The 3 bathrooms are ideal for 4 bedrooms. Very enjoyable for a family get together.

Our family just spent 4 days at Kelly’s beautiful home and cannot recommend it highly enough. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The home is gorgeous, so comfortable for a family of 6, including a toddler. Everything we needed was provided, and communication with Kelly was a breeze the whole time. She is truly a super host!

We stayed at this property over the Christmas holiday so that we could be near family. It was easy to feel at home because the house has all the comforts and amenities of our own home including real house plants and vases of fresh flowers throughout, throw blankets in common areas and all bedrooms, washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen including a large refrigerator/freezer.There's plenty of entertainment inside with two common areas with Apple TVs and board games. I can see how during the spring and summer, the outside would be equally entertaining with outdoor seating, bbqs, and kayaks.Kelly, our host, was responsive and pleasant from the time of booking until we checked out. Even though it was the holidays, Kelly responded very quickly to any of my questions.We would definitely consider staying here again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this vacation home. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The view was absolutely beautiful and added so much to our experience. Kelly was a great host. She was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We truly appreciated her hospitality. I'd definitely recommend this property to others.

Loved this property! Such a tranquil and lovely place, right on the water, so there's always a beautiful view. The layout of the house was perfect for our group of 8 adults. Plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms so no one ever had to wait for a shower, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with friendly neighbors, and just far enough out of the way to get that vacation feeling but close enough to shopping, dining, downtown and the freeway to be super convenient for outings. Well stocked kitchen and perfect backyard for al fresco dining and stargazing. We will definitely return to this one!

Great home in lovely area with wonderful host! We needed a place to stay for two weeks while moving from the East Bay to North Bay, and this spot was perfect. It was hard to be “in between” homes for that time, but this home and all its thoughtful touches made it as comfortable as it’s possible to be. We were even welcomed to the neighborhood with lists of events, restaurants, and activities to check out as we settle in. We’d definitely recommend! Thank you for sharing your home!

Novato trip

The process for checking in and out super quick. Our family loved the location which was close to Sonoma Horse Show and nearby shopping. The house was extremely comfortable and sits right on the water with a constant movement of bird life. Would recommend and return to this property.

Holiday gathering

Lovely spot for our gathering- house and yard as pictured. Everything worked well, beds were comfy, kitchen modern and well supplied. Weather was cool for making full use of the beautiful yard and water access, which would clearly be a big draw in warmer months. Communication was easy and responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Bel Marin Keys Home

Bel Marin Keys is a gem of a neighborhood in Novato with a wonderful sense of community and beautiful homes with breathtaking views. This home was suitable for our extended one month stay and our host Kelly was kind & responsive. Beds were comfortable. I would recommend this home.

Very special experience

This beautiful, comfortable and updated home in a peaceful corner of Novato was a perfect getaway for our extended family. Loved being able to take a dip or a paddle whenever the mood struck. Wonderful kitchen for gathering and cooking. Hoping to return again for sure!

Perfect place to chill

What a wonderful property. Plenty of room for our large family. We loved opening up the entire wall of windows in the kitchen and dining area. Made for some great dinner and wine nights. Big bonus for my boys was the fishing and paddle boards off the dock. Matt at the local bait shop helped a bunch. Highly recommended this place. Easy and relaxing

Very Special House

I rented this house for my family for a local wedding. It is one of the best VRBO’s I have rented. My overall feeling is you are at a house that is loved by the owners, and they want their guests to have an amazing experience. The house is fully equipped with anything you could reasonably expect. Everything from cookware to knives to audio is high end. All the plants are real and well taken care of. The highlight is the large backyard on the water with very comfortable furniture and amazing views accessed by a folding glass door that lets you seamless move from inside to outside. I highly recommend this property.

We were in town for a big fat Indian wedding so had multiple events over several days. The house being perfectly equidistant from all of the locations we had to be at was why we chose to book it in the first place. However, it quickly became a peaceful retreat for us in between all the events. Hearing the birds in the morning, hanging outside during the day, and seeing the moon reflecting off the water every night was the icing on the cake for us. The property is well-appointed, beautifully decorated, and the beds are nice and soft. Unfortunately, we did not get to take advantage of the provided kayaks and paddle board but I’m hoping to re-book the next time I’m back in the area. And, on top of all the great things I’ve already mentioned, Kelly is a wonderful host - easy and quick communication for any questions we had. I couldn’t recommend this booking or host more.

Unforgettable Waterway Getaway

Our two families had a wonderful time! The home itself is a true gem, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was well appointed, had everything needed for our stay, and preparing meals with the entire wall open to the beautiful afternoon breeze was amazing. The highlight, however, was undoubtedly the stunning waterway. Spending lazy mornings with coffee or afternoons with a beer on the dock was pure bliss. The kids had a blast fishing, swimming, and exploring the water on the provided paddle boards and kayaks (the water was far warmer then we expected). The home was the perfect base for our vacation, providing comfort and relaxation. We can't wait to return!

The hosts were awesome. We had a previous rental cancel about a month out from a family wedding. These hosts were great and very communicative. The property is beautiful with great views of the lagoon. We enjoyed sitting outside (when not raining). Just loved the home and location. Would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful home in a Fantastic neighborhood. Conveniently located and so quiet. The hole was fell appointed down to the fresh flower arrangements and the hosts were lovely. This home check all the boxes.
