Si se encuentra en de lejos o de pocos minutos en el área de la bahía metropolitana, este cuatro dormitorios, casa de dos niveles es la escapada perfecta "de todo". Disfrutar de algunos de los atardeceres más bellos del norte de California desde su playa privada con vistas a la laguna.

La playa de la casa tiene una cocina completa con utensilios de cocina y vajilla esencial. Perfecto para hacer una comida casera después de relajarse en la playa frente al agua.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con vistas a la chimenea de agua y gas. El segundo dormitorio tiene un dormitorio de la reina. El tercer dormitorio en el nivel inferior también tiene una cama king size. El cuarto dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were looking for somewhere with enough space for our multi-generational family to stay. The house had plenty of space for us to spend time together, the outdoor space was lovely. It was easy to get to from the airport and close to the grocery store. Jason, was super responsive when I had a question. We will definitely book it again next time we’re in town.

Beautiful stay! We had the best time. Super close to wineries in Sonoma & Napa. Great little oasis away from the city. We enjoyed being able to go wine tasting during the day & then relax and enjoy the water. Great stay! Owner was super responsive when we had ants entering the home and resolved quickly. Highly recommend staying here if you are planning on visiting Sonoma / Napa!

Beautiful well equipped and spacious in lovely area

We enjoyed our stay. There were 6 of us and the roomy house was comfortable. We did have breakfast and cooked one dinner and found most everything we needed. The view on the deck was beautiful. And the location was convenient.

Beautiful quiet house with gorgeous view!

We were a family of five adults and one teen. We absolutely loved this house! First it is in a nice quiet neighborhood and the backyard has a gorgeous water view and privacy from the neighbors. The beds were all very comfortable and the house was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the kitchen ware needed for cooking and a nice grill outside. The communication from the owner was incredible, and the ease of check-in was the best I have had for a rental. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay there.

What a Gorgeous Spot

The house is lovely and the area is wonderful. Right on the water with a great entertaining / relaxing deck and a dock. The house has lots of room and the views to the water are stunning. It needs a little TLC which we told the host about. But overall we’d highly recommend this home.

A perfect weekend with the family

We were so pleased with the house! There was plenty of room to spread out, and to be together. Everyone had a comfortable room and the family room and dining table were perfect for our gathering. The check in andcheck out were so easy.

Lovely space

We enjoyed the home very much especially the outdoor patio where we could have our meetings…beautiful views over the water. Two bedrooms did have ants and these were unwelcome guests! Hopefully they will be encouraged to stay outside!

Lovely place to stay. Cons: TP in master bathroom not flushed. Wet towels still in dryer at check in (Clean towels were available in all bathrooms). Many ants in the area. Tiny and stings a bit. Be careful on the Master bathroom toilet bowl. Constantly on there. If not wiped off prior to using, can get a little sting in the privates (not painful). HOWEVER, this should not detract you from renting this property. The location, layout of the home and the outdoor space is absolutely wonderful. I would rent again without hesitation, if I were to be in the area again.

Nice views

Overall the rental was decent. The water front view was amazing! The back patio and view was beautiful! The house was very comfortable and provided everything needed. There were a few issues with ants but nothing major as long as food wasn’t left out or dishes left in the sink.

I will say that we were a little anxious due to some of the signage. I think it's unfortunate that they have experienced renters that haven't upheld to basic standards before. Plenty of room, beautiful views and the communication was helpful.

Very pleasant stay.

The property was clean and well maintained. Bayside location was good. A few minor opportunities for improvement. 1. Let us correspond with homeowner directly via email. I want one email system. I do not want everyone i do business with having their own silly Inbox. 2. Would have been nice to be able tocheck in earlier .... and, yes i dont care if i have to get out earlier.

Beautiful Home in Bel Marin Keys

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great stay with 7 other friends at this beautiful house on the water. The living room and two bedrooms out of 4 have a beautiful view of the keys. The house was clean and well supplied. The only downside is that I wish there were wine glasses in the cupboards. We only found two. Maybe it was to deter people from partying in the house, not sure. There’s also wasn’t any dishwasher soap pods and the smaller bedroom could use some better decor but none of these things would stop me from renting again. The house is that beautiful! Our stay was short and we were disappointed that we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor patio with fireplace, private beach and bbq. Everything looked so relaxing. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for sharing your home!

Family vacation

Overall, this was a lovely property. Plenty of space for our group of eight. Kitchen was reasonably well-stocked although it didn’t seem to include a wine opener. The dishwasher door is dented, so the lower rack constantly falls off the track when you pull it out to load dishes, and we tried to just load without pulling the rack out. There are signs all over the house warning that gatherings of any kind are prohibited and there are security cameras on the back patio. Violation of that rule is apparently grounds for immediate removal from the property. It was a little off-putting, as we felt discouraged from even having our two local family members over to join us for dinner, since we didn’t want to lose our rental. Perhaps some clarification as to what a “gathering” means might be helpful for future renters.
