Welcome to The Urban Coastal: A Saugatuck Experience!

Escape to our private downtown condo, where coastal charm meets modern comfort. With keyless entry, access is effortless.

The main floor features an open-concept living area with a large sectional, full kitchen, and full bath. Optional sleeping arrangements accommodate two additional guests in this space.

Upstairs, the private bedroom includes a half bath and a balcony (accessible via stairs and not handicap accessible).

Downtown Saugatuck’s restaurants, bars, shops, and waterfront are just steps away. Oval Beach, Saugatuck Dunes State Park, and other natural gems are a 10-minute drive, with Grand Rapids less than 45 minutes away.

We welcome up to four guests, including your dog! An air mattress, washer/dryer, and complimentary private parking (with nearby public options) make your stay seamless.

Fantastic stay

We come to Saugatuck a few times a year and this was one of our favorite stays! Great location, cozy and comfortable with a view of the water and we could bring our dog!

Great location for us and our dog. Right across the street from the park made it really easy for taking the dog out. Short walk to many shops and restaurants. The unit was comfortable and well-maintained. The deck is on the upper floor (off of the bedroom) and has nice views.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a great time at the Urban Coastal! It's close to everything and walkable to nearly anything in the downtown Saugatuck area. This was our first VRBO experience and first stay in Saugatuck and we couldn't have been happier. Very clean, check-in process was easy, and the hosts had thought to stock everything ahead of time. Highly recommend!

Cozy weekend stay

My partner and I brought our pup along with us for a nice cozy weekend. We absolutely loved the stay! Everything was provided and process was very easy. Would rent again for sure!

Centrally located, great apartment

This is a great property right in the center of town, perfect for walking to all the shops and restaurants. The unit is spacious and tidy, had everything we needed. The check-in and check-out process are straightforward and we had no issues. The host was responsive answering our questions.

Wonderful place. Great location, comfy bed and sofa, two great restaurants right in front, great upper porch, lots of wonderful windows and a nice view of the river. Close to a lot of shopping and restaurants, as well as Oval beach and Mt. Baldy.

Weekend Getaway

The condo was well appointed, quiet and comfortable. Check in an check out were seamless and we loved the location. We had a great weekend and would definitely stay again! If you are looking for a place to stay right in town with great hosts, this is the place.

Perfect Location in Saugatuck

We stayed at this condo and it was great and quiet! We stayed with our 1 year old daughter and she slept perfectly. The condo is the perfect location to walk around Saugatuck.

Excellent condo in excellent location

This property is in a perfect location to explore Saugatuck and Douglas. The space is updated and comfortable. It’s nice that while there is a full bath on the main floor, there is also a half bath on second floor where bed is located. Checkin and checkout were a breeze. Would stay here again.
