Couples Getaway - this 2BR, 2.5 Bath rental has a full kitchen and is 1 block from all the restaurants and shops! Located on Kalamazoo Lake with a great view of the water from the condo and patio. Free parking for two vehicles and easy contact-free entry.

Perfect setup for 2 couples - 2 King bedrooms - both with full bathrooms and are very spacious and comfortable. Bedrooms are located at the opposite ends of the condo for maximum privacy.

The host contacted us immediately after confirming our reservation to recommend coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, trails, activities, etc. The condo was spotless. The floorplan is livable and easy; only one step to enter, a bathroom for each bedroom. The location is great - quiet with lake view but walking distance to town. We will return!

This was a nice condo, two nice large bedrooms both with bathrooms and comfortable beds! There were a lot of little extras that make a stay more comfortable. The location was great, a short walk to town and a short drive to Mount Baldhead and Saugatuck Dunes State Park. Communication and info provided was great Would stay again!

This property is great, especially the the view of the water and walking proximity to town. Everything was very clean and the property is well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay – toiletries, robes, eye mask, sound machine, chargers, etc. The owner is very responsive and sent a comprehensive list of things to do. We will definitely be back!

Very nice rental. Bedrooms and beds were great. It was very clean. Nice location easily walkable to downtown. Only suggestion would be more bath towels and cloths provided for the bathroom as well as the kitchen. We had one bath towel per person for the week and the kitchen towels were not very absorbent.

Great location

We were in town for a wedding. Property was perfectly located just a few walkable blocks from downtown and a 5 minute drive from the venue. Beautiful view of the lake and marina.

Spring Break Getaway

The property was good. Well equipped with essentials, although could use more than one set of towels/washcloths. The pictures make it look bigger than it is, although it was fine. I liked that the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the condo.GREAT water view! It was quiet, I'm sure because of the time of year. There could be more lighting in the bedrooms and living area (e.g. lamps on nightstands, floor lamps by coffee table)I would stay here again, for sure!!!

Perfect Saugatuck dwelling.

What's not to like about a condo with a lovely view that's extremely clean and comfy, and walking distance to town? Everything you could need for a wonderful stay is here, and communication with the owner is excellent. This condo is a gem.

What a delight!

We enjoyed a wonderful week last week at Saugatuck Breeze. The pictures and descriptions are accurate, but don’t convey all the wonderful things about this rental. First, it truly is a short easy picturesque walk into the heart of Downtown Saugatuck. Second, it’s filled with everything for the guests’ comfort. In the kitchen – you expect rental basics (e.g. dishes, flatware, cups, pots), but there were a variety of coffees & teas, plastic wraps, tools for the grill, trash bags, plenty of laundry & dishwashing soaps, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper, just to mention a few surprises. In the bathrooms – shower and hand soaps, toothbrushes, cosmetic pads, even Q-tips. We will definitely stay in Saugatuck Breeze again!

Great amenities!

This property was in a convenient location in Saugatuck, easy to get to Holland. It offered great amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste, a bath bomb for the spa tub, and other personal needs. The 2 bedrooms with king beds was especially nice. Even more so when the unit above became occupied and we thought there was a herd of thundering elephants above us. White noise machines were provided, but we did not use them. We were able to move to the other bedroom and avoid some of that commotion. The furniture was not the most comfortable, kind of saggy. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Ultra Clean, comfortable, and good location

Beautiful and very comfortable place to stay. I was super impressed at how impeccably clean it was. I also loved the layout/set up of the rooms since I went with friends. They supply useful things you may need (I ended up using an ice pack from the freezer). The only tricky thing was opening/locking the door. This place is a 5 minute walk to the heart of Saugatuck which made it easy to explore. There is so much to do in this area! I would definitely come back here.

The condo was more than I expected. Clean and nicely furnished. The information that was sent prior to check in was easy to understand and helpful. The location was perfect and the view was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place with a couple flaws.

Great location. Attentive and communicative host. Tastefully decorated unit with everything we needed during our stay. Noises from the unit above, if also occupied during your visit, may be an issue for you as it was for us during our stay. Learning how to operate the door lock was something we struggled with as well. Had we needed to make a quick exit in the middle of the night, I shudder to think of the ramifications of having a lock that seemed to require a safe-crackers finesse to operate.
