Perfect location on the beach with gorgeous views from the house and from the deck. Property was clean and well kept. We will stay here again.

The other reviews are spot on. This property is all about the location! We had a wonderful time with easy beach access and the beautiful terrace. There were some ants mostly in the master bathroom. I'm guessing it's difficult to keep them out with the constant wet floor. The two small futon chairs are not really large enough to count as a bed. It provided a small cot on the floor and thankfully my teenage daughter was able to fit, but it would definitely not support an adult. The two bedrooms were nice and beds comfortable. The two living spaces is a nice bonus. Again, great location with quick access to town overlooking a beautiful beach. We would stay again.

This VRBO was great for our family reunion. The communication was great and easy check in. The only concern I had was that there were quite a few ants.

The view and location were amazing! We loved sitting in the patio in the mornings and evenings and the proximity to the beach was ideal especially with two small children who needed naps mid-day. The AC and ceiling fans worked very well which is always nice when spending all day outside at the beach!A few downfalls… there were ants all over the inside and outside of the house. The dishwasher was not working and smelled horrible. Also, make sure you bring things like foil and extra trash bags because these are not provided.Loved the location but for the price was hoping for a little bit better of an experience.

Location was amazing & the place was perfect. Your backyard IS the beach. They had cute decor, nice furniture, a huge deck with lots of seating. Just what we were looking for.

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s the perfect location for beach access, as well as the distance from Galveston. We really enjoyed the view and the deck was perfect for morning coffee!

Great house with an amazing view of the beach from inside or on the deck. It's a very short walk and you're relaxing on the beach.Property was exactly as described. The washer/dryer combo can only do small loads and it takes a long time. However, it does get things clean. Great stay!

My Mom, Sister and I all had a very enjoyable time at this house. The views, location and comfort was amazing. We had zero issues. The property manager texted each day to check in and see if we had any needs. The location was quiet and relaxing. The stairs were easily maneuverable by my almost 80 year old mom. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay
