Great place.Hosts do a wonderful job with this place.Its in a great location, just few short blocks to a great historic downtown, especially for not real big town. The casita was well decorated, had high quality appliances, decor, nice bedding etc.Very clean and well maintained. Had eveeything you needed which was well appreciated. Great little outdoor area also. Nicely landscaped and decorated also. Great host. Respond well and take great care of the place for you.Highly recommend. Thanks so much Jonathon and team.
Prescott even has great small lakes close by, you can hike around, not to mention a wondeful historic downtown with plenty to do.

Very well equipped kitchen, made cooking easy. Comfy furniture and bed. Really liked the location near downtown and all the eating places and stores. I would stay here again for sure next time I am in Prescott.

What a gem, the Casita had everything we needed, it was spotless, beautifully decorated and in a fabulous location to downtown., walking distance to restaurants and shops. Jonathon is a great host and we're looking forward to our next stay.

Everything was perfect. The casita is beautifully decorated and has many vintage touches. It was Jonathan is a very gracious host; communication is quick, but he also gives privacy to his guests. It was a perfect getaway.

Wonderful stayu

Very easy check in. We had a delightful stay. Great to get out of the Phoenix area heat for a few weeks. We had everything we needed plus a great yard for our doodle. Loved close proximity to downtown. The bed was very comfortable. A great value for the price. Our hosts were easily available, however, we really didn’t need to contact. I would highly recommend this property. I know the hosts will treat you as special as they did us!

This property was exactly as advertised. Small cozy, wonderful courtyard that we turned into a family central. Neighbors are close, but all were very friendly and quite fun. Courtyard had grill and fire pit with utensils that made cooking out just like at home. Picnic table outside was able to accommodate more family when they came to visit. The inside of the Casita is pretty much set up for four people max to eat. But the outdoor area was accommodating for quite a few more. The interior had a wonderful TV a very comfortable bed and all the things needed for the kitchen and cooking at home. Wonderful coffee pot and the house was supplied with necessities and then some. Communication with the owner as well as the housekeeper was amazing. Everyone made us feel very welcome. Laundry facilities were very adequate and so that sort of thing was provided much to our surprise. When I read reviews, I think they’re full of bull if there’s not anything negative, but they’re truly is nothing negative about this property. If there was one thing, just realize that you are close to downtown and not out in the mountain and you hear an occasional siren this. This is not a negative just reminding you close to downtown means a little bit of noise, but it was never disruptive. Thank you, Jonathan and Teresa for making this such a wonderful stay.

Just a lovely place to stay

We went to Prescott on a spur of the moment to escape the last of September’s heat in Scottsdale. And what we found was a perfect cottage, cute garden that my pup loved, and so close to the restaurants and boutiques of Prescott. The owner was very personable, working in the garden while we were there and asking how he could make our stay wonderful. It’s also a triplex, so if your family wants to join you, they can come and you still have your privacy. I loved the place!

Best in Prescott, AZ

It's a delightful place with southewest decor in the unit and lovely landscaping.! The more you look around the more fun things to see. The downtown area is just a short walk away where you'll find shops and restaurants galore. The owners are very talented people and always willing to chat and help in anyway they can. We go every summer and will continue to do so.

A wonderful place to stay

We are so very satisfied with our stay here. The property is so quaint, comfortable and convenient. Kris’s and Ron are wonderful hosts who make you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive until the minute you depart. We stayed for three months while finding our forever home in Prescott. We felt right at home right here! The photos don’t do Justice to just how cute the property is. Don’t hesitate. Stay here!

The Best in Prescott

This is a gem of a place! The unit is wonderfully decorated that you will love with a southwest theme . And the property is a wonder to behold full of all kinds of handmade metal works made by the owner and plants and gardens and a delightful little pond. The hosts are charming and helpful and everything is within walking distance. You couldn't ask for more.! .

Booking again!

This was our fourth stay at this property and we have booked for our fifth. Kris and Ron are fantastic hosts. This rental has it all. Great location, beautifuly decorated, comfortable bed and furniture, well stocked kitchen, out door common space, laundry and covered parking. Can't wait till we return. Mark and Lori Kunes

This was a lovely place to stay in Prescott, Arizona close to the Prescott Square which is filled with a ton of restaurants a bars. In close distance to a lot of hiking trails. However, the owners were on sight at all times during my stay and somewhat an infringement of my privacy. As soon as I’d walk through the gates, they would approach me/ text with issues. They were reluctant for us to use the bikes mentioned in the contract. At the end of my stay I was changed $100.00 for bleach stains in comforter/sheets when I didn’t even use bleach. Not recommend for travel nurses.

Charming, relaxing and decorated to a tee.

This location is a gem. Walking distance to town, but tucked away in a quiet patio. Interior is decorated with adobe warmth and has everything needed to set up housekeeping. The patio offers quiet little sitting areas for any time of day. Truly enjoyed our stay and getting to know our hosts!

The Best Southwest

Totally delightful. A quiet and relaxing place with friendly hosts that are very caring and considerate of their guests. Location is great - just a couple of blocks from all the shops and restaurants around the historic Courthouse Square. If you like southwest decor then this is the place for you. Enjoy

Truely the best stay ever. Lovely quiet oasis. Near downtown amenities. Though we were perfectly content to social distance here. We love Kris and Ron and are astonished at how many ways they pour their loving creativity and resourcefulness into Zunick. It was an inspirational stay.

Fantastic apartment in great location

Ron and Kris have made available on absolutely beautiful apartment with a great location just a couple of blocks from the Courthouse square. They were great hosts and took great care of every detail. You will not be disappointed if you book this rental! Everything is just as it appears in the photos.
