The place was nice. Not in the area of Crown Heights that I am used to and a little further from my daughter than is ideal but the accommodations were very comfortable.

Great apartment! It was clean and comfortable and a good size for three people. We loved how close we were to the subway, and about a 40 min ride into manhattan. The backyard was especially nice to have.

Everything was as described. Close to small markets, food, pharmacy . Subway was about a 10 minute walk from apartment so convenient for getting around the city. Host responded quickly to any questions I had. Would definitely stay here on next visit to NY.

Would stay again

Very nice unit with 3 bedrooms and spacious kitchen/living room combination area. DL was very clear and quick with her communication. A very comfortable apartment for my wife and I while visiting our daughter and son in the Crown Heights area.

Great experience!

This was a great place to stay- very clean and had all the kitchen supplies we needed. We even got a little bowl of candy on the table! The host was amazing to work with, and helped meet all of our needs. She was easy to get a hold of, and answered all of our questions. The check in process was very detailed and easy. She sent us the codes to get in, as well as a video to explain it even further. I would stay here again if I came to the area!

Very accessible to subway, host was excellent at communicating

The host was very responsive throughout the booking process and our stay. The property was as listed, nice backyard/patio area. Couldn't have been easier to access the subway. I know it was cleaned because I got there while the cleaning company was there but it didn't feel hotel level clean. Everything else was great.

Absolutely filthy. You don't mind standing in a shower pan full of water do you? They finally sent someone out the night before to snake the drain. The whole experience is something I never want to experience again.This property is shot out.

Unfortunately this guests was a very rude and really not nice guests and DID NOT WANT HELP! We offered and couple of times to come help him and declined the offer. We went above and beyond for him he even forgot he was meant to check out and messed us over with the cleaners and we were very nice about it. We even checked after he left about the shower there is no drain issue.

The property was clean and as expected and the host was kind and proactive in communicating. The location of the property is in a neighborhood that felt unsafe for a family traveling with kids. It was fine during the day, but if we returned by subway after nine, we were walking back with our head on a swivel. The walk to the subway was only a few blocks, but it is not in a location where tourists going to explore.

El departamento es precioso super cómodo. Está re bien equipado. Eramos 4 adultas y fue genial. El barrio es lindo, cerca del subte. Y lo mejor fue la anfitriona. DL nos ayudó en todo y muy cordial y amorosa. Pasamos unos días preciosos.
