The space
Kitchen and Great Room:
We know vacationers love to have one giant space that can accommodate the entire group! The great room with vaulted ceilings and open layout alongside the dining table and kitchen are ideal for making meals, playing board games or streaming the big game.

Primary Bedroom
The primary bedroom with a king bed is located just off the living room and features an ensuite with jetted tub. Smart TV and private balcony make this room the perfect spot to unwind.

Second Bedroom
The second private bedroom is upstairs and features another king bed and a large closet.

Third Bedroom
The third bedroom includes two sets of Twin bunks beds (4 beds total). Attached ladders allow for safe entry to the top bunks.

Spare space:
Off of the bunk room is a private-entry space with a queen bed. Off the other side of the bunk room is a small play nook.

Loft:
The loft is an open space upstairs which hosts games and toys, a smart TV, Playstation4, as well as a hide-a-way bed unit and a sleeper couch.

Garage Game Cave:
Heated with space heaters, comfortable seating. Includes: Air Hockey, X-Men 4-Player Arcade Cabinet, Foosball,, Pac-Man ,and Ping Pong

Other things to note:
**No Access to Suncadia Pool and Fitness Center**

SUNCADIA AMENITIES + RESTRICTIONS
You can access the following events or amenities that Suncadia offers:
-Events at the Nelson Farm Preserve such as the Fall Festival, Farmer's Markets, Pop Ups, etc
-Ice Skating near the lodge
-Any of the restaurants or bars at the lodge, Swiftwater Winery or the Inn
-Tubing/ Sledding hills
-Golf (including a free par 3 area near the winery)
-Equipment rentals (bikes, paddleboards, etc)

Restrictions include:
-Pool/ Fitness - We are unable to provide access to the Suncadia Swim + Fitness centers, including the Nelson Farm Pool. These restrictions are due to Suncadia policies that are outside of our control.
-Suncadia policies prohibit all-terrain vehicles and snowmobiles.

FAQs
- Early check in or late check outs not guaranteed. If we have another guest departing or arriving on the same day as you, we require the entire window of time to turn over the home, so we won’t be able to offer this. However, if we can, we offer 1 hour free of charge, and then $30 per hour up to 2 extra hours (3 hours total). We won’t know until 24 hours prior to your dates, so be sure to ask.
