Marcos was very helpful and welcoming. We had a little trouble finding the place due to some construction on an adjoining building, but that was on us. Everything was clean. The only issue we had was with the hall bathroom not having hot water for the shower. My husband and I tried everything we knew to get the water to warm up. My husband took a shower in the ensuite bathroom. I unfortunately was the one e experiencing the cool shower.

Initially we were taken aback by the apartment. It was a little more antiquated than we had expected. There was need for some small repairs in the ceiling and such but as we settled in... we began to love the charm and feel of it all. The location was perfect. In the heart and center of Old SanJuan. Near historical sights and one of the best gelato spots based on the lines that never seemed to end. The apartment provided everything we needed to feel comfortable and safe. We were on the 3rd floor near the AC units of the restaurant below so we had to contend with that at night until it closed in the front bedroom only but it was doable. Only mentioning that incase there are young kids that you are putting to sleep may want to choose the back bedrooms. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and wash cloths. It was fun imagining how families moved, operated and took full advantage of the space. My family had a wonderful time and again the space provided the comfort we needed.

AMAZING Location!!!

This trip apartment was phenomenal. Very spacious and a great kitchen. Its exactly what we needed. Located in the middle of everything. There's an amazing Argentinian Restaurant downstairs that i would recommend as well. Thank you again.

Great Location

We were in town for a wedding and the location was great. It was quiet even though we stayed during spring break week. The host was very responsive and helpful with tips on where to park. The property was large and as described on the site. I was disappointed about were the property was not as clean as I would have hoped and would have appreciated having trash cans in all the rooms… there was only on in the kitchen area. Overall, a good experience.
