Modern 4 BED/3 BATH Newly Renovated Home

Welcome to the Desert Garden Getaway where you'll find rest and relaxation minutes away from all of your vacation destinations! This thoughtfully designed 4 bed/3 bath 2,400 square foot home has everything you could need to keep the party going. Fully stocked kitchen, ping pong, corn hole, tons of board games. 10 minutes from the airport and less than a mile from Cubs Spring Training, this home is centrally located to all of Arizona's hip spots. Perfect for large groups!

Family Room:
14 foot long couch can seat the whole group! 55" QLED Smart TV with all the streaming apps, Chromecast, and a powerful speaker system.

Kitchen/Dining Room:
New stainless steel appliances and completely stocked kitchen for those who love to cook. Coffee bar with a Keurig, french press, and assorted K-Cups and teas. Round dining table seats 6 and the island seats 3. There is a large folding table with 6 chairs that can be placed in the dining room as well to seat a total of 15 guests. Tons of games, puzzles, and books for all ages!

Bathrooms:
The three beautifully designed bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fresh towels.

Master Bedroom:
Extremely spacious room with a king sized Tuft and Needle mattress, massive walk in closet, a couch, desk, and luxurious shower you won't want to leave.

Bedroom 1:
Queen bed with garden view.

Bedroom 2:
Queen bed with large closet and a desk.

Bedroom 3:
Two twin beds and a guitar for those who play!

Game Room/Laundry Room:
Large multi purpose room includes a regulation ping pong table that can fold up to create plenty of space for whatever you'd like! Washer and dryer stocked with detergent and dryer sheets.

Outdoor:
Have a BBQ in the backyard and play some corn hole. Help yourself to some fresh fruits and veggies from the garden and the 6 fruit trees on property! There is a variety of seating (12 total seats) and a fire pit for s'mores. Parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway plus easy street parking for many more vehicles.

Please note that this property is off of a main road so there is minor street noise.

-3 miles from ASU
-3 miles from Tempe Marketplace with tons of shopping and restaurants
-10 minutes from the airport
-15 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale
-Plenty of golf courses nearby

The owner was very welcoming and responsive to our questions. The property was beautiful! My family met there to celebrate our family Christmas. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook all of our holiday meals. We had a great time and I highly recommend this property and the owner!

We were in town for a soccer tournament and found the place very comfortable. I appreciated that the ice maker was connected! There was plenty of coffee, sugar, and creamers. The home was very clean and had plenty of room for all of us.

Baseball trip

Good location, plenty of room for our party of four girls. Only disappointment was that it’s located on a busy street. Otherwise, it’s one of the best homes that I’ve stayed in.

Wonderful family friendly house!

This may be the most organized VRBO we have ever been to! So perfect for a family visiting AZ. The house is beautiful, spacious, and has all the essentials organized and labeled! The backyard is great for outdoor games or just reading on the patio. The fire pit and lights at night were magical. This spot is perfect for getting to Camelback, Scottsdale, and even a day trip to Sedona. We will be back!

First experience

This stay was my first experience with Vrbo and I am so happy that it was this home. It was a beautiful home with so many amenities for the family! Super toddler friendly! We rented this home for our daughter’s 2nd birthday and we had a blast. Communication with the owners was so easy and they always answered my questions. We will definitely be staying here again!

We had the BEST experience at this beautiful home in Mesa!It was spotless from the ceilings to the floors!This home is fully stocked with all the essentials and extra supplies that were a lovely touch… including snacks!!The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and beautifully designed!Connor is amazing!Our entire stay was flawless! Sibling Reunion

This property provided all the wanted items we desired for a fabulous four days' stay of nine senior adults, [6 siblings, 3 spouses]. Perfect place for what we needed

We love the location of this home because it is close to nearly everything! We have our sports teams in Downtown Phoenix, as well as the popular Old Town Scottsdale, Downtown Mesa, and Downtown Gilbert all within a short drive. There are endless options of great restaurants and bars as well as many outdoor adventures.

This home has pretty much any amenity you could possibly need. It is newly remodeled with a modern, minimalist design and every decoration and detail has been thoughtfully chosen. Enjoy picking fresh fruits and veggies from the garden and check out our desert tortoise named Tortilla in the backyard!
