Alejandra, The homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following: Owner's response: We take cleanliness very seriously and apologize for the dust on the fans and window sills. I have talked to the cleaners and it has been taken care of, and I have emphasized what is expected and the condition the home should be in when any guests arrive. We have also checked on the mold issue and we found none We apologize for the issues with the AC it appears that the condenser coil went out in the middle of the night, this was not something that we could have prevented and we are sorry. This was fixed the next day We wish you had reached out with the issues when you got there instead of after you checked out. We would have done what we could to rectify the situation or to allow you the opportunity to cancel for a refund. It's easier for us to take care of issues when a guest is in the home rather than after they have left We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for.

We are sorry to hear that you experienced some issues while in residence. However, we do wish that you would have contacted either Evolve or the local contact as the issues could have been addressed immediately. After inspection, it does not appear as though there were any issues with the plumbing in the kitchen nor does it appear that anything was taken apart. There were also no signs of broken glass in the bedroom, but the property has been cleaned and vacuumed thoroughly since your stay. Unfortunately, the A/C did have a transformer malfunction but this has been repaired.
