We try to keep our rates low, and in return ask that you treat our house and its contents as if your own, so we may continue to do so. :)
Monitor and adjust the thermostat for air conditioning and heat as you come and go during your stay for energy efficiency/to keep rates low.
We have 3 beds (1 full, 1 queen, 1 king) to sleep 2 people each for a total of 6 comfortably. Two more could be accommodated via couches x2.

This property is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The house was so clean, organized and the just thought of EVERYTHING! It was perfect for our family who even enjoyed some board games on a rainy afternoon that were provided. Appliances were new and kitchen was set up so we could enjoy family meals comfortably and kids had their own space in basement area to play and even sleep. Highly recommend this property!

Great spot for family

We planned to spend a long weekend outside but with rain we ended up playing games and cooking inside as a family. We had a great stay.

Perfect Retreat

Our stay was perfect at Michelle’s home. The house was immaculate, the home and beds were comfortable and gave us a good nights sleep. We cooked at home each night after our day of travels and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed as well as extras like spices. If I had a question I messaged Michelle and she responded within minutes. We loved our stay in her home and will definitely stay when we come back.

Great Time in Door County

Michelle’s place was perfect for our friend group of 6 adults. We were close to all the best bars and shops in Sturgeon Bay, and quick easy trips to the best towns that Door County has to offer. Michelle was super helpful and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Would stay here again for sure!

I was the renter, but my in-laws (my wife's mom, dad, and three aunts) stayed, and this is what they said: "the word we heard and used over and over again was how clean everything was. We all felt at home. Deck was a perfect gathering place and no bugs! We will definitely recommend this Vrbo to others, and hopefully be able to come back again someday."This is saying something, since my mother-in-law is a VERY CLEAN lady, and is rather particular about these things.I joined them on their last night, and they were comfortable and happy.

Sturgeon Bay stay.

Great property! Clean, modern, tasteful. Plenty of room. We would book again. Only thing we were a little disappointed in was that it was farther from downtown than we thought, but that was very minor.

Relaxing Home Base for Birthday Trip

Michelle's had everything we needed to have a home base for our Door County weekend. It had all the conveniences of home for us to spend relaxing evenings and mornings before setting out on our adventures. There was plenty of space for our toddler to play, plus a washer and dryer and bathtub which we put to use. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated having nice sized bedrooms, and multiple to choose from and to give our son a place to sleep away from everyone else.

Easy to get to and location was great for us. Michelle was very responsive on my texts. Upper bedrooms were nice and walk in shower good. The 3rd bedroom is not a bedroom but a bed in corner of the lower basement living room. No door for privacy and for a lite sleeper, you could hear water from above from bath and kitchen. Needs darkening curtains for basement. Also no closet for you to use to hang clothes. Had water softener go off for normal maintenance last day at 4:17am and woke me up. I suggest sound barrier for laundry room would make it better and adding a door for bottom floor for privacy. Didn’t have cable as far as we could find or antenna for local channels, was a smart tv. We enjoyed the stay. Neighborhood was nice.

50th Birthday celebration getaway

3 ladies wanted a weekend getaway to Door County. Not knowing the area at all, we really picked the perfect location. Lots of things in Sturgeon Bay, but also heading North or South in less than an hour either way. The home was immaculate. Exactly as posted, which was a pleasant surprise. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you might need, and the little extra amenities were so thoughtful. Our host was fantastic 👏 Always responded quickly and was very thorough. If you are coming to DC, I'd 100% recommend staying here!

Perfect Fall Retreat

My parents and my family enjoyed this beautiful house for a long weekend! Michelle was great about communicating ahead of time and providing check out instructions. The house was clean and had everything you could possibly need! The house layout worked well for us as my parents had the basement area to themselves complete with a bedroom and full bathroom. We used the two bedrooms on the upper level for ourselves and our children. We enjoyed the location of the house as it was close to many of the area attractions we wished to see! It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and close to many local shops and restaurants! We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return!!

Peaceful, comfortable, perfect family getaway!

This sweet little home is situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, yet it is just blocks away from where all the Sturgeon Bay action is. And believe me when I tell you that this place has everything! We’ve stayed in several rentals over the years, and this by far has the best appointed kitchen. And the decor is HGTV stunning! Our host, Michelle, was extremely responsive as well. We enjoyed the deck and fire pit in the evenings, the two living spaces gave everyone enough privacy. Sturgeon Bay has so much to offer, and this home was the perfect landing place for us after busy days of exploring SB and farther north. Thank you for everything, Michelle, and we hope to visit again!
