When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a $35 fee + the cost of shipping.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking and 14+ days before check-in

50% refund: Cancel 14+ days before check-in (outside 48-hour window)

50% refund: Cancel 7–14 days before check-in

Cleaning fee only refunded for cancellations less than 7 days before check-in
