Beachfront bliss close to everything! 2 bed/2 bath ocean view condo

Relax at this sweet escape by the sea! Offering a simple, easy vacation with two bedrooms, two baths and a private double-wide oceanfront balcony. We have everything you need to escape for the week. Includes a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave and central air. Ocean front Master bedroom (king) with en suite and sliders out to balcony and 2nd bedroom with queen bed. We have a comfy Sleeper sofa in the living room, and covered parking under the building. A family pool pass and towels and linens can be added for an additional fee. Annually we refresh the condo with new pillows, sheets, and towels. and add/update kitchen supplies etc. It is important to us to provide a fresh and beautiful space to our guests! We are ready for an amazing season.

This property is beautiful & is in the perfect location on the beach. Close enough to alot of things to do, but far enough away from the crowds, allowing for optimal relaxation! I loved sipping my coffee on the balcony in the mornings while I watched the waves of the ocean! Also, the beds are EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE!! So comfortable that I missed it when I got home and into my own bed. My family & I plan to return!!

Everything was perfect! The location, the view, the home. We couldn't have picked a better location or place to stay. From the very beginning, Amy was super helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We can't wait to stay here again!

Mother/Daughter Trip

This is our 4th year staying at this beautiful Condo.The view of the beach and ocean is truly amazing. The condo is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The area is quiet and family friendly.Amy, our host, was quick to respond about check in and any other questions we had.We are looking for to year 5!!!!

Boat Show Weekend

We go to OC every year for the boat show. We needed a new place to stay and decided to check this condo out. Perfect size for the three of us. Great location. Nice and clean, had everything we needed!

October beach serenity

2nd stay here! We love this condo, we just couldn’t remember all that we did and did not need to bring with us for the stay. Not a problem! It has a beautiful view of ocean and quick to get down there and plenty of parking.This condo is big enough to move around in that you don’t feel cramped.

Family Vacation

Location, Location, Location! You can’t beat the ocean view and the mid town location of this rental property. Condo was the perfect size for a family of four. Kitchen was lacking in a few things if you were looking to cook larger meals or have big dinners with more than four people. Enough to get you by though for sure. Communication was good with the owner and no issues. Check in was super easy. Condo was clean but a little worn around the edges. Other than that great place!!!

Perfect beach retreat

Waking up to the smells, sounds, and views of the beach was just what we needed. This property is just as the photos show, well appointed, and clean. Off the boardwalk, but definitely close enough via a short drive to enjoy if you like.

Beautiful condo close to everything

We had a nice stay at the condo. Check-in was perfect and easy. Beautiful place. Amazing ocean view and balconies. Parking was easy, too. One parking permit was MIA, but that didn't turn out to be an issue in May. On our first night we noticed the air conditioning didn't seem to be working. After reaching out to the owner, she tried changing the thermostat temperature remotely with no effect. Three HVAC tech appointments and several days later the A/C unit was replaced. This was due to no fault of the owner. It truly appeared to be due to bad timing and difficulties arranging the replacement due to the memorial day weekend holiday. We bought a couple of fans to help sleep during the warm nights. The owner immediately refunded what we had spent on the fans. The owner graciously offered for us to return at half the price next year to make up for the inconvenience of the A/C not having worked. That seemed fair and I accepted as the property was lovely and the location is perfect. Things sometimes happen, whether you're home or on vacation. The owner was friendly, very responsive and did what she could to remedy the situation, as she could. We already look forward to our return trip next May. Great property!

Great location but won’t return

Overall, the view is wonderful, but that’s true of any oceanfront property. I think we went in expecting more given the reviews and price. It’s your typical rental - old and worn furniture, squeaky bed, clean enough but certainly not 4.9 star worthy. Check in was terrible. We arrived and the battery in the digital lock was dead. Amy was very responsive and called a locksmith but it took an hour to get in. The thermostat gave us problems as well. It wouldn’t get to the temperature we programmed and only felt warm air in the first bedroom and kitchen. Living room and master bedroom had cool air blowing at all times. We used every blanket in the condo and slept in socks and sweatsuits. When I let Amy know, she offered to find us a place to stay but we weren’t packing up to move again. She said they tweaked something on their end and suddenly the thermostat worked. I think overall, we didn’t feel the unit was ready for renters. I get that it’s off season, but it’s our favorite time of year. We will not return but wish them well.

Wonderful Vacation - Great Location and Property

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. Sooo close to the beach. Great views. Loved the large balcony. L Great size for my family of 4. 100% would recommend to others.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This is the perfect oceanside getaway. We have made sure it is clean, comfy, and well appointed so you don't have to think about anything other than what beverage you wish to drink and what time you want to come in for dinner. The beds are new, the building is small and quiet, and the walk couldn't be shorter to get to the ocean. This stretch of beach boasts the best waves for surfing and boogie boarding, and the beach crowds are at a minimum due to smaller buildings in the vicinity. You can walk to many restaurants and activities. Pool and volleyball are available two doors down at the Ocean Pines Beach Club. We love our second floor location because the views are amazing and you can use the elevator or easily walk up a flight of stairs instead. With only 16 units in our building, privacy and peace are at a maximum.
