Start your mornings with a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise from your extra-large balcony that runs from the living room to the master bedroom! The unit sleeps 6 with a king bed in the master bedroom and two double beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms have been updated with the master bath having a stand-up shower and the 2nd bathroom having a tub/shower combo. This unit is nicely decorated and has newer furnishings throughout. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and has everything you need for cooking your meals from home. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit too! There are TVs in all of the bedrooms including wireless internet for "working from home". After your fun filled day, grab a cocktail and go to the front balcony to enjoy one of Ocean City's famous sunsets! It really doesn't get much better!

The building has a fitness center that will help you keep that "beach body" in tip-top shape. The kids will love the game room that features a foosball table, ping pong table, pool table and an air hockey table. Sorry, there is no pool at this building. The Irene is centrally located to 2 grocery stores, a movie theatre, a mall and great restaurants such as Liquid Assets, Lombardi's, The Crab Bag and The Mirage to name a few. It is also a short drive to fun activities for the kids such as miniature golf, laser tag and go carts.

* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A $60 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival and paid in cash. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry, no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This unit is on the 19th floor. The Irene is an elevator building.
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This unit is on 111th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
