This was the perfect location for walking the beach, bike trail, walking to gracery shopping and into Petoskey (45 minutes on a snowy day). The house was equipped with everything we needed, and we even enjoyed watching the lake cover with snow drifts and a white out snow storm from the bedroom.window. We were warm and cozy & the host couldn't have been better! We hope to stay here again some day!

This was the perfect house for us! It was right on the bike path, close to the grocery store and the beach. The house was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. We would definitely recommend this house and hope to stay there again!

Our stay was great! The owner responded immediately with the 2 small issues we had. The neighborhood was lovely and the location was perfect for what we wanted to while visiting Petoskey!

The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect: close to the Wheelway trail, the lake, and town. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Wonderful Home in a very special place!

What a wonderful experience from beginning to end! This home is lovely and in an ideal location close to the Little Traverse Wheelway and Petoskey State Park. We would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed for a month to be near our family. The location is great. We enjoyed being close to the state beach and the grocery store and walking the neighborhood and rocky beach searching for Petoskey stones. We enjoyed the back deck and nice grill. We had everything we needed for a long stay. There are lots of beach towels, a few beach chairs, a cooler and some beach toys which we really appreciated. The kitchen could use new silverware, some sharp knives and glasses but we made it work. The update the wicker living furniture furniture 4 days before we checked out. This is a huge improvement from the very uncomfortable furniture they had. We would definitely rent this place again .

Nice Home

I visited up north for a class reunion and was very comfortable in this house by myself and was glad I could bring my dog with me. It’s in a great location with shopping and restaurants nearby and is very close to Harbor Springs. Will definitely rent this VRBO again!

Nice place and nice location!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this cute cottage by the bay! It was clean, conveniently close to everything including a 2 minute easy walk to the beach. The location is perfect and the home even has a peek-a-boo view of the bay! Mike, the property manager, was wonderful to work with and he quickly responded to any questions we had. We would certainly stay here again!

Awesome weekend

Property was exactly like the listing. Close to town and many activities in the area. Loved Petosky. The only minor issue was the living room furniture seemed like outdoor furnace, and was uncomfortable. I would definitely update the furniture to a real couch.

Honest review

Whoever cleans here needs to drastically improve. Food crumbs all over table in front of couch, sticky brown blobs on wall shelf going to kitchen, killed 4 spiders inside upstairs and down, filthy floors behind beds/nightstands/couches/etc. Kitchen sink drains need scrubbing, found coffee pod down in left sink drain area. Coffee maker wouldn’t work with pods and shot grounds out sides 2 days in a row so quit trying after major clean ups both times. Front bedroom lamp by closet almost impossible to turn on/off and its switch looks like it’s melted somewhat. Water smells like sulfur. My friend had an earwig about an inch long crawl onto her neck while sitting in the living room wicker chair. No washcloths to be found. Front porch needed a good sweeping everywhere to remove bugs etc. Couldn’t figure out what the larger square piece of wood about 3’x3’ that was laying on the grass in front of the bushes was there for. Looks like someone does the minimum possible to take care of this place. Won’t stay here again. Was very disappointed.
