Great location, great view of the river, kitchen area was very tight, but very spacious otherwise.

This property was just 'okay'. We had an issue with the keypad door lock not working when we arrived, and the A/C was not working. The owner addressed these issues immediately, so 5 stars for that. The property is in need of updating. Furniture is worn. Bedding is worn. There are some cosmetic issues that need to be addressed. There is some rotting drywall in one of the bathrooms. The exterior is very dirty looking. The interior was clean enough, but the floors and walls are in need of a deep cleaning. It didn't look like the cleaning crew had vacuumed prior to our arrival.Overall, if I recall correctly the rental was priced about the same as some of the nicer properties across the bridge in Grand Haven closer to the beach and all of the activities. I would expect a lower rental rate given the condition and location of the property.

Pros: nicely stocked kitchenComfortable living room seating for 7Nice balcony with bistro table setNice view of marinaVery quiet community Can walk the boardwalk to restaurant and Tiki barComfortable king bedsCan see 75% of CGF fireworks and drone showOne assigned parking spot, plus all the unassigned spots you would needCons:The room with twin beds has zero ventilation and gets very warm. There is a floor fan, but it doesnt help very much and no privacy for that room or the loft because the twin door must stay open for ventilation. There is also a large arch window that allows the afternoon sun to beat in and heat up the loft/twin room. Putting up some kind of curtain, blinds, film would probably help a lot. Twin room needs storage.Floors need to be professionally scrubbed as a mop is not getting the job done. Our white socks were black.

Comfortable and Convenient

This condo, though small, exceeded our expectations for its comfort and convenience! The beds were comfy, the towels plush, and everything worked!! We loved staying here, close to our family who live in Spring Lake.

Grand Haven Getaway

Really enjoyed the amenities, location to Grand Haven and Muskegon (Michigan Adventure). The condo was clean and had everything necessary which was great. The checkout requests …clear, sensible however running the washing machine and dishwasher are cleaning tasks and for the price (near 900 for less than two days) could be avoided. Placing used towels in basket and dishes in dishwasher yes, All said, it was a good stay. Thank you

This location worked out perfectly to suit our needs. We are splitting time between Home and Spring Lake and was a perfect location with access to everything we needed

Unexpected funeral

Scott was wonderful! We mentioned a couple things that needed attention. He listened and responded. We had to extend our stay because my mom passed and we were not sure how long we would be there. Scott was gracious and kelt it open until we knew dates. We are very thankful. It was good to have a place to unwind.

Wonderful condo

The pictures don’t do it justice, we were pleasantly surprised by how clean, cute, and perfect this place turned out to be for our weekend stay. Very comfortable beds, decorated with nautical and grand haven decor throughout, stocked kitchen and very nice location looking out on to the marina.
