Was not provided check in information . Informed by the property manager that there had been a mix up with the maid service and unit was not cleaned . Still did not give code for access until after we had already made other arrangements to stay somewhere else in town . Terrible management.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The stay here was very disappointing. There is nowhere to park your vehicle. We were instructed to park “in the rocks”. Which is to the side of the rental, but you had to go over the curb first . You couldn’t park in the driveway because it belonged to the upper property of the rental. There were vehicles in the driveway all the time so you couldn’t back out or in using the driveway to park on the side. The air conditioner sounds like the entire building is going to take off and lift off the ground. It is so loud that you can’t talk over the top of it without yelling to one another. There was very little linen to use in the bathroom. There were no washcloths, so we had to go over to the store to try to find some. There were also no paper towels in the kitchen. The beds are like laying on concrete!! Extremely uncomfortable. The pillows needed to be retired and replaced because they are like a flat tortilla. It says that it sleeps five people, but the couch in the living room is like a mini futon and small and hard. The walls and ceiling are paper thin.The family above us was extremely obnoxious and loud. They continued to run and jump and scream the entire time we were there til 11pm. The fire alarm was set off at 7am with a blaring noise so loud it scared my daughters. The door going into the garage has a deadbolt on the other side, and the kids kept jiggling the door knob. The host was contacted, but has yet to ever reply to latest message. Too expensive for what we got!!!

Raspberry Days

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. Gave us exactly what we needed. Loved the washer/dryer and capable kitchen. My only suggestion is a little bigger sofa bed for the 5th person. And I know this can’t be changed but this unit has the furnace /AC unit return air pointed toward the family room so when it kicks on it’s hard to hear the TV. Otherwise the location was perfect right in the middle of town with easy access and shielded from the noise.

Close to being great.

I think this place is a 4 star maybe a 5 star if it wasn’t for 1 MAJOR problem and a minor issue. The major problem is the furnace/ac is SO loud, that it is impossible to talk in the living space while it’s running. This is hard for me because it’s not the owner’s fault as much as it is the design of the system and building layout. But you must know it is unbelievably loud. The minor thing would be that the beds are less than comfortable. I recommend bringing your own pillow at least. These two items could cause your trip to be very frustrating. Sorry for this review. It does have a great location that is convenient to all the restaurants, very clean, and has all the kitchen appliances to help you with your stay.
