Esta casa de campo para toda la temporada, apta para niños, cuenta con vista al mar y una playa de arena para nadar a solo unos pasos de la puerta delantera / trasera. Amplia sala de estar con techo alto, chimenea de gas (con chimenea de piedra del piso al techo), 1 de 2 televisores Big HD, reproductor de rayos azules / DVD (ROKU a pedido y transmisión para adultos y niños), comedor con asientos que se amplían para 10, más una barra de desayuno; una cocina totalmente equipada y amplia terraza; Todas estas habitaciones y terraza con vista al agua, muelle y playa. La sala de juegos / familia de nivel inferior tiene vistas al agua, mesa de ping pong, una mesa de juegos de 3 vías separada (futbolín, mini-pool y hockey sobre patines) y televisión por cable en una gran pantalla de alta definición. Esta casa independiente de más de 2800 pies cuadrados cuenta con vistas al mar, playa (canotaje y actividades acuáticas), tenis y esquí ... ubicado en un complejo de condominios privado y cerrado. El golf está a menos de 15 minutos (3 campos de golf en 20 minutos).

Restaurantes, salas de cine, alquiler de videos, tiendas de antigüedades y la única sala de cine de 2 "drive-in" está al alcance de la mano. El área de esquí de Shawnee peak está al otro lado de la calle (varias áreas de esquí dentro de un rango razonable), a minutos de los centros comerciales y centros comerciales de Conway del Norte, el río Saco, la feria de Fryeburg y el viaje en tren de vapor de Conway. Family vacation

The spacious property is a great place to bring our extended family back to Maine for a week-long vacation. The shallow sandy beach is only steps away and perfect for young kids, and a private tennis/pickleball court is just around the corner. This was our second stay at the property and in both cases we had a great time and the host has been very easy to work with.

Wonderful week on Moose Pond. Good location to North Conway, Bridgton and Portland. Able to easily relax at home or out in the 2 kayaks! Loved it and so did my family!

Perfect place for a family vacation

It’s hard to find a house on a good size lake that has enough bathrooms and bedrooms for 7-8 people. This fit the bill very well; right on the water, yards from the uncrowded community beach with a swim dock and floating raft. The house was basically clean, although some of the furniture could use a refresh, and the bedroom on the ground level had a musty smell and needed a deep clean to clear out spiders, etc. Our biggest problem was with the AC. One bedroom had a floor unit that was extremely noisy and another had no AC at all. The owner tried to find a replacement but could not. We understand that these things happen but it made for some very hot nights.. these are obviously easy fixes and I would still recommend this property.

Another Wonderful Stay

For the second summer in a row, our family (ages 5 - 80) enjoyed the beautiful home, fabulous access to the sandy beach, pristine swimming water and other water sports, tennis, hiking, and easy access to Bridgton at this wonderful property. Kitchen very well outfitted, too.

Great house, great location!

We were an extended family: Parents celebrating a 40th wedding anniversary, our two children and their spouses, and our 4 year old grandson. This 3 story house allowed for some separation and privacy for each sub-family group when desired, but we also felt that it was a "whole family experience. Three kayaks were great for the lake. Importantly, the house is the closest of all the community to the sandy beach and boat dock-only about 30-40 yards away, but still with all the privacy we needed. Owners were very responsive to all our questions. Overall,an ideal VRBO experience.

The property was nice, but we found there is 2 sets of regulations (The owners and Owners,renters and guest from the condo association)that should be examine with a fine tooth comb for clarity. They're both sent to you to be signed to verify that you understand them. You may want a lawyer to review them, before you get extra charge to your credit card.

Moose Pond Maine

The house could not have been cleaner, more comfortable, or better stocked. But what our family of 6 enjoyed most was its amazing proximity to the beach and lakefront. Friendly sandy entrance into the water and good weather made swimming a daily occurrence. We didn't mind at all running into other families who share the beach. Keith was a fantastic host, responsive, thoughtful and attentive when needed. Hope we can come back.

Very enjoyable!!

It has many amenities too numerous to recount here. Lovely beach right out our backdoor; water is crystal clear! Kayak and paddle board are available. Owners very helpful with questions and good communicators. All 10 of us have a wonderful family vacation.

Just what we needed

We were a family of 7- grandparent, 4 twenty somethings and 2 parents. The layout of the house was great, plenty of room for everyone. Well equipped, very clean, and super comfortable. Even the beds! The beach for the complex right next door was convenient, often empty. Other times there was one other group there but plenty of room. Moose pond was beautiful and we took one day to rent a boat on long lake which was fun. Definitely recommend and thanks so much for hosting us!

Fantastic

We had a wonderful time at this house. We were a group of 10, and the house fit us wonderfully. The lake is right out the back door, and the house has kayaks to use, along with lifejackets. The neighborhood is quiet, the grocery is about 15 minutes away, and the scenery can't be beat. I hope we can return!

Bridgton Vacation on Moose Pond

There were two families that stayed for the week, including 4 adults and 4 teenagers (ages 15-17). The house had plenty of room with good access to the water. The finished basement was a great hangout place for the kids. The house came with one kayak and we brought 4 inflatable paddle boards that we left under the house deck after each use. The common beach and swim dock was never really that busy. The water was very clean and we were able to catch some decent sized bass right near the property. The location was also ideal for day trips. We hiked, biked, and went tubing down the Saco River. Susan and Keith were very easy to work with. All in all a great trip.

Beautiful property in amazing location

Keith & Susan were amazing hosts! The property description was very accurate, great floor plan (4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms) and very close to the lake! Weather didn't cooperate, but the games in the house, the cozy fire place (in July) and the well equipped kitchen (better than any house I have ever rented) helped pass the time. All the appliances are in working condition, the game room was fun & the deck & gas grill would have been used more if the weather had permitted! Plan to be back to enjoy the lake at its fullest! Thank you Keith & Susan! :)

Great Lakehouse

Stayed over in July '20, hottest week of the year....Very close to the community beach. Close enough to see it, but also, you did not hear the other people on the beach while we were in the house, which was nice. The beach itself can fill up quickly (6 families or so), but plenty of room in the water for everyone to spread out.....there is a large boat dock and a swim raft to use. The beach was only "busy" on the weekend....mid-week, it was usually our group then occasionally another family. House did not have a/c, but there were at least 2 fans provided in each bedroom. One night was a bit warm, but the rest of the week, it was fine. Whenever it was warm, we were in the lake anyways. Great setup for two families, as there is a bunk bed room, a queen bedroom, and a full bath on the upper floor. A master, with a full bath, and another 1/2 bath on the main floor, and a 2 bed bedroom, full bath, and living room in the furnished basement...which 100% did not feel like a basement at all. Keith was easy to work with and gets back to you very quickly with any questions you have. Highly recommend

We had an amazing time with the best location to the beach! It was peaceful and relaxing.

Everything was smooth and seemless. There was a problem with the fridge and Keith took care of it immediately and is an amazing and kind person. We hope to rent from him in the future! The lake was beautiful you won’t regret staying at his property!

Prime lakeside rental

This property was really enjoyable and a great value. The house is just as advertised, but very well-equipped with thoughtful touches, such as well-placed night lights throughout and a bucket for washing feet when you come up from the beach zone. The lakefront location is great. We did lots of swimming and took the kayak out several times. There are good hikes close by, and more hiking and paddling opportunities in Fryeburg and over the NH line in the Conway area. Grocery stores and other conveniences are close by in Bridgton, which is a nice place to lunch and shop. Mountain Road is great for running. We cooked nearly every night, and the only things we would recommend adding to the house are a few small kitchen items -- a garlic press, a better can opener, a brush for the grill, and a countertop dish drainer for salad bowls, carving knives and such. All the major things we needed were there, including a blender and plenty of flatware. Our only issue was an internet outage late in the week, which the owners promptly reset when we called them. Our family of 4 had more than enough space -- the house can easily accommodate groups of 6 to 8, with 4 bedrooms on 3 floors and 3.5 baths. Highly recommended!

Great summer week on Moose Pond

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at this lovely home. It was spacious and we never felt crowded. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kids enjoyed the lower level area with couches, games and TV. Moose Pond was fairly quiet and our family enjoyed swimming, kayaking and paddle boards. Kayaks and paddle boards were delivered and picked up by a nearby company with a smooth process. This was my first time renting in a condo setting and I found all the amenities really helpful. The people I met in the complex were friendly and helpful. Keith was always available by phone for assistance and suggestions. With all the fans in the house, we were comfortable and there was generally a breeze on the deck. Watching the sunrise in the morning with my coffee on the deck was particularly enjoyable. We enjoyed the town of Bridgton very much, and visited the bookstore and two local restaurants. Thank you, Keith for the experience. I look forward to returning.

Great Location, Clean, Well Appointed & Spacious

We had a great stay over New Year's Eve. The view of the lake and of Shawnee peak was really nice. We had a few questions about the house after arrival & the owners were very responsive and accommodating. The house was very clean and had cleaning supplies available as well. I loved that they had pump hand soap in all of the bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements and dishware. One thing to note is that the amenities say that linens and towels are provided, but there is an extra charge for that. If you opt for the linens, you have to make the beds yourself, which I personally prefer. There is a lot of closet space to help keep things out of the way, which is great when you have a lot of people. We loved having the 3 levels of living space to accommodate everyone as well as the large dining room table where we could all eat together and play cards together. The Rinnai heaters worked great and the gas fireplace was convenient and cozy. The lower level did have a bit of a campy/musty smell, but this is not unusual for lake houses. It wasn't that bad & was masked easily with a candle or diffuser. Being close to Shawnee peak was really convenient for the skiers & the mountain looks so pretty lit up at night. We would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation home

Plenty of room for our extended family of 10. Great layout with the 3 levels. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The location is perfect, right next to the community beach. The only issue we had was with the upstairs queen bedroom. The squirrels were very active at night dropping acorns on the roof! Pretty loud for sleeping! We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely rent this property again.

Perfect home for family vacation!

We had a great time at Susan and Keith's home. The location on the lake was beautiful and the home had everything we needed. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Access to the kayak was a real bonus! In addition, Susan and Keith were very responsive to our questions before the trip. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting Moose Pond!

In July of 2015, Keith & Susan purchased this unique "standalone" house (no shared/common walls) in a premium condominium village. The house is nestled by the lake side (with adjoining beach and access to boating and a variety of water activities) with water views from the main rooms, deck area and all bedrooms. The couple immediately made several improvements to the house; including hard wood floors (main level), new plank flooring to the family/game room, several new appliances, 2 wide screen TV's, a multi-game table and assorted amenities. Tennis is on the property and Skiing/Boarding is across from the complex. In short, the home provides ample ambiance and comfort, to relax after an "active" or "leisure" day.

We bought this house because it was a perfect match for our family needs; we love the waterfront & ski slope combo...and the area attractions are endless. We loved the layout of the house, the openness of the cathedral ceiling "great room" with hardwood floors and floor to ceiling stone fireplace (newly converted to gas), and a game room for all ages...all overlooking the water. We hope you will enjoy all that it offers; total comfort wrapped in activities galore.
