We have regular pest control to the interior and exterior of our home. This is Florida, so sometimes we still have unwanted visitors. We sometimes have lizards on the patio area. They are harmless and please don’t hurt them.
Our lawn care team is scheduled for Tuesdays, but it varies according to the weather.
There is a whole house water softener with UV light so you literally drink from any tap in the house. We also have chilled water from the dispenser inside the fridge. The ice maker is located in the bottom drawer of the freezer.

My husband and I have lived in Palm Coast for the past 8 years, and St. Augustine previously for 12 years. We absolutely love it here and we hope that you will too! A few things we love about the area: the wildlife, Flagler Beach, and downtown St. Augustine.
We want to make you feel as comfortable as possible at our Airbnb and for you to have the best time!

We hope that you enjoy our newly remodeled home. We tried to create a spa like experience in the primary bathroom, with touches such as a rainfall shower head, bluetooth exhaust fan speaker, & LED mirrors.
Out on the patio we hope that you and your family can relax and have a good time. We have a propane grill, table top solo stove , and outdoor dining table with seating for 6.
We also have a fully stocked coffee bar, with a Nespresso machine and drip coffee maker. We have a variety of teas and hot chocolate as well.
We are about 15 minutes to Flagler Beach and 20 minutes to St. Augustine.
