Enjoy the quiet comfort of this unique community while being less than 10 miles from Bentonville Square. Take short walk to enjoy Lake Norwood or to swing by the grocery store at Town Center Plaza.
Mountain bike lovers, ride to the Back 40 and Little Sugar trails.
If you're coming in town for an event at the beautiful Mildred B. Cooper Chapel, it is only 5 minutes away.

The home features beautiful wood ceilings on first and second floors. The back windows look out into the greenery of a wooded area. Perfect for enjoying morning coffee listening to the birds from the patio. Bike riding is my happy place and was the impetus for my first trip to Northwest Arkansas a few years ago. I fell in love with the community and all that the area has to offer … the combination of the outdoor activities, the people, and the food can’t be beaten in my opinion!
I live and work in Kansas City and have been co-hosting for over two years. I’m excited to help make your visit to NWA cozy and enjoyable!

The location of this neighborhood is great for access to restaurants, shops, the Back 40, the golf course (although I'm not the most avid of golfers), and the highway. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and a great getaway from the hustle and bustle.

The wood ceilings and proximity to the wooded area behind the property make it feel like a cabin in the trees.
I grew up with a backyard treehouse; it brings a smile to my face and makes me feel the relaxed comfort of another time every time I visit (but with wifi). I hope it does the same for you!
