La Casa del Conte se compone de una exclusiva suite con aire acondicionado ubicada en un edificio histórico en el segundo piso con ascensor. Está situado en el centro de Roma, entre Piazza Navona y Campo de ’Fiori, a 10 minutos a pie de St. Basílica de Pedro Con la mayoría de los puntos de referencia de la ciudad a la vuelta de la esquina, es una excelente base de operaciones para recorrer Roma a pie.

La suite es muy acogedora y soleada, elegantemente decorada con muebles antiguos originales que datan de generaciones de la antigua familia del propietario. Consta de una habitación doble y un salón contiguo con conexión Wi-Fi gratuita, aire acondicionado, calefacción, mini nevera, baño privado.

La suite independiente con ventanas insonorizadas incluye una sala de estar con un cómodo sofá de dos plazas y un escritorio. El dormitorio tiene dos armarios empotrados, y una cama doble de época (160 × 200 cm) en latón con colchón ortopédico. El baño incluye una ducha en suite y está completamente equipado con secador de pelo, toallas, jabón, champú y gel de ducha.

La suite le ofrece las siguientes comodidades:
Aire acondicionado y calefacción, Wi-Fi gratuito, señora de la limpieza (tres veces por semana), hervidor de agua y tazas con té, infusiones, Nescafè y azúcar, y también está equipado con un televisor de 32 pulgadas, lector de CD-DVD con biblioteca de música y películas, Caja fuerte, mini nevera, ventanas insonorizadas y entrada privada con puerta fortificada.

En la suite no hay cocina.

Gracias a su ubicación central, se sentirá atraído por el fascinante tejido de calles y callejones escondidos que constituye el Centro Storico de Roma. A tiro de piedra se encuentran la Piazza Navona, el Panteón, el Castel Sant'Angelo, la basílica de San Pedro y el encantador mercado al aire libre Campo de'Fiori.

Our host was superb, and so were the amenities. The apartment was exquisite and well furnished, immaculate and very comfortable. The location was outstanding, a two minute walk from the Campo de Fiori and 6 minutes from Piazza Navona and 19 minutes to the Vatican and we walked everywhere. It is surrounded by wonderful restaurants and guided by our host’s guidebook we never had to leave the immediate neighborhood for fine dining. All of his recommendations and advice were excellent and we’ve been to Rome more times than we can count. The apartment was extremely comfortable especially the beds, and it was so beautifully decorated that it was a privilege to stay there for our 9 nights. An extra bonus was the taxi stand across the street when we needed to catch a 7am train. Thank you Andrea for everything!

We spent one week in Rome and had an awesome stay! Andrea was very welcoming and was present when we arrived. Pre-trip communication was excellent and Andrea arranged transport from Fiumicino to the apartment. Even when our flight was delayed he was quick to respond and assure us there was no issue with the transfer. Although we arrived well before check in, Andrea allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment while we went for a bite to eat. The apartment is centrally located to the Vatican, Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. It was clean and very comfortable. If you’re looking for a good, affordable apartment this is the place for you! Grazie Andrea!

The host greeted us and showed us around the apartment which was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a great stay. It was close to restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, etc., as well as being walkable to the Flower Market, Vatican, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain and all the way to the Spanish Steps. Because the apartment was so central, it is next to a major street which was noisy throughout the night (especially with emergency vehicles and patrons of the eatery below on the street) - something that we are not used to, coming from quiet suburbia.

The host Andrea was very welcoming, and provided recommendations for restaurants, and places to visit. The apartment was located in an excellent location with narrow streets, and lovely little independent shops, cafes and restaurants and importantly within walking distance of all of the major sites. Quiet at night. But close to buses and major routes through the city.

This is a very nice property--in fact, the best I have ever used (and I have used a LOT). It is very comfortable and beautifully decorated, and Andrea is a property manager par excellence. A friend and I stayed for the month of September. It is on the second floor (third U.S. floor) and is very sunny and pleasant. All rooms have their own air conditioners. The master bedroom has an attached den/study area, and it was most useful for me since I needed the desk to write a book about Rome. The kitchen is well designed and equipped, very clean, user friendly, and has top-notch appliances. There is a special clothes dryer in the bathroom attached to the guest bedroom, but we found it not very useful for those not sleeping in that room. An added foldup rack for clothes drying would have been useful. We shopped every other day for groceries to make breakfast and snacks and were able to choose from either the Campo dei Fiore one block away or the smaller general "convenience" stores, Crai and Pam, also a short distance away. There is a taxi stand and waste recycling bins across the street less than a block away. Andrea really knows his business well. He met us at the apartment on time and provided us with all the information we needed to make for a comfortable stay. We tried many of the restaurants he recommended and they are excellent. We ate lots of homemade pasta and grilled vegetables and even took a cooking class. This is a highly recommended flat in a perfect location.

Great location

While our stay in July the air conditioning worked very well and was a welcome refuge after long walks in the amazing historic district. The appartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. The host Andrea was very accessible and aranged transportation to the airport for us.The beds were good but on the hard side and the showers were extremely small but that is typical in Roma. That is our only small criticism, we realy enjoyed our stay in the appartment. We would definitely stay there again.

This apartment was amazing and in the middle of the Vatican and the coliseum. It was right across the street from several restaurants and close to shops and a grocery store. We thought it was a perfect spot.The apartment itself was pretty spectacular with lots of space. It was decorated amazingly. So many books! The air conditioner worked well. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Two bathrooms. WiFi was great! Kitchen was stocked well.Richard the host, was great. Communicated well before and throughout. He met us at the apartment and gave us a thorough run down including many tips for Rome. He’s very understanding. He was much appreciated. He also obtained a taxi for us on the day we left to get tot he airport which was amazing.Overall, a great place to stay in Rome. Would highly recommend this place. My entire family thought. It was amazing!

We stayed here as a family for one week in April/May 2025 and we loved it here. Our host was very friendly and the apartment was more beautiful than expected. Imagine being able to walk to the vatican in ten minutes.Same with the pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, the location of the apartment was simply brilliant as well as the equipment. We would love to come back, thats for sure!

Perfect Location

We visited Rome for three days prior to our Western Mediterranean cruise. Andrea was extremely helpful, not only securing transportation from the airport to the apartment and then to the port, but he also arranged transportation to the airport after our cruise. The location is perfect. Centrally located and within walking distance of most major historical sites. The apartment was clean, and the decor was definitely authentic. There was a great breakfast cafe a few steps away. Absolutely loved it!

Highly Recommend Staying at this Apartment!

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful apartment for 4 nights this year and in 2023. The apartment is immaculate and inviting and most everything you need in the kitchen. Andrea was very accommodating with our check-in and out times. Lots of hot water and water pressure. We felt very secure and really appreciated the elevator. There are grocery stores, restaurants, and stores close by, and things to see everywhere you look – great location! Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay in Rome.

Our family of four had a wonderful two week stay in Rome. The apartment comes with two self contained bedrooms each with an en suite. It is very clean and very comfortable for our family of four. The location is within 10 to 30 minutes walking distance to the popular attractions. Our host Andrea is most accommodating. He greeted us upon arrival, explained the working of the apartment, reviewed an information notebook he created, and returned calls quickly. We referred to notebook a lot during our stay. I recommend Andrea and his apartment when staying in Rome.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I really like the area. This is the only place where you can really feel the atmosphere of ancient Rome civilization, the beauty of the monuments, squares, fountains and palaces.
The neighborhood also offers a range of fashionable shops and characteristic eating places, (trattorie, pizzerie, wine bars….) where typical Roman cuisine can be enjoyed. Nearby there are also pharmacies, art galleries, antique shops, book-stores, phone centres, banks with ATM machines, travel agencies, post offices, tourist information points. Supermarkets, groceries & bakeries are just around the corner and a fascinating open air fresh food market is held every morning in the medieval Campo de’Fiori square a few steps away from the apartment.
The apartment is also well connected to all areas of Rome by public transportation (bus stops and taxi stands are easily accessible). The bus stop is near the corner of the building with direct links to Termini railway station, San Pietro, Coliseum, Campidoglio, Quirinale and so on..

Everything is within walking distance - no need for a car and you can explore the beauty of the city mostly on foot. Within walking distance, there are many historical monuments such as Piazza Navona, St. Peter's Basilica, the Pantheon, the Coliseum with the Imperial Forum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. In addition, a few steps away you can lose yourself in the narrow streets of Trastevere or there may be fascinated by the open-air market in Campo dei Fiori.
