Everything was perfect. I could not have asked for a better home to stay in while we got some much needed relaxation. Beautiful view and the house had everything you could ever think you might need was readily available. It wouldn't have been better if I'd teleported my own house to the lake.

Beauty on the Lake

We had a wonderful stay on the lake. House is beautiful, nice kitchen, great seating. Loved the screen porch and the deck. Wonderful time was had by all.

Stay here!

What a great property. Seriously. Probably the cleanest VRBO we’ve stayed in and a great house. The layout is very good with the primary bedroom on the ground level. That was great for people who don’t need to go up down stairs. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked except the grill. We never got it to workproperly, but it wasn’t a big deal. The owner is very responsive and even met us at the house and gave us the rundown. Really nice and informative. The outside is great. Short walk to the dock which was new. Really nice. The electric at the dock did not work probably due to the vast amount of rain we got. The breaker would not reset. The owner was aware of the issue and was on it. Be aware that the neighbor has dogs that roam. If you are traveling with pets, this is an issue. If you are into water sports or the lake thing, it is nearly perfect. Would we go back? Absolutely! Great place. You should book it now, but not on the week we plan to go back!

Family Christmas

Immaculate and beautifully decorated for Christmas, this well appointed home was perfect for our family Christmas gathering! There were about nine of us with a couple of dogs, and no one felt cramped. Our host was great and so sweet to bake us apple bread.

Perfect!!! Location and decor!

Home is very well cared for and appointed. It’s also decorated very nicely, inclusive of the changing seasons as well. There is 1 and 1/2 bedrooms downstairs and 1 full bath upstairs. One bedroom downstairs and several beds upstairs. Beautiful location with screened in porch.

Wonderful Spot for Relaxing and Swimming

Our stay was just perfect with an immaculate, well-stocked home! More than enough kitchenware and seating in the huge kitchen for our 8 people, lots of towels, and a great supply of games and toys! The area is calm and quiet with only a few boats out fishing. The swimming was important to us, and we were so happy the water was calm, clean, and shallow! Great spot for kayaking also! And so much outdoor seating! I highly recommend the property and will be revisiting as soon as possible!

Everything was great! Only different thing was having to taking the trash with us when we left. Never been required to do so at any other VRBO properties. Just different.

40th Birthday with family

House is very well appointed and furnished. The kitchen is spacious making it good for cooking big meals. House was extremely clean throughout. We took our pontoon and kept it at the dock, and there is a boat ramp nearby with extra parking at house for your trailer. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. The only complaint we had was the fire pit area had lots of ants. I wouldn’t have a problem staying here again. Watts Bar lake was beautiful.

Great spot on Watts Bar

This is a great location on Watts Bar Lake. The property is right on the water with a nice dock where you can swim and fish. There is not a lot of lake traffic, which makes it very relaxing. The beds weren’t great, but there was plenty of space for our large family. The kitchen was also fully stocked and had everything we needed. We had a couple small issues and questions, but the owner was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back and stay again.

Wonderful Getaway!

What a wonderful home and location. It was so peaceful spending time on the screened-in porch and the large deck - both of which were nicely furnished and had incredible views of the lake. In fact, we spent almost all of our time out there! The yard, dock and firepit were perfect. We had our dog with us and she had the best time - the bonus was the neighbor's dogs who she got to play with (and who we enjoyed petting!). The house itself was so comfortable. It had a great layout, nice (and very comfy) furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen, and the entire home was incredibly clean. And the owner, Janice, was so pleasant and responsive to our questions. It was a pleasure dealing with Janice and having the chance to stay in her lovely home. Thank you Janice for sharing your piece of heaven with us!

Welcoming and peaceful.

The house is well cared for and decorated beautifully. Sitting on the porches looking out at the lake in the morning drinking coffee or at sunset in the evening was so peaceful. We loved our time there and it was the perfect size for our family of five and grandparents.
