Snowcreek Resort Vacation Rentals 554 Golden Creek Road

This is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, two level, property with a 2 car garage located in Snowcreek Phase 4. It has a maximum occupancy of 10, which includes children of all ages. Pets, maximum 2 dogs, are welcomed with additional charges. TOML-CPAN-14431.

From the driveway walk your building's pathway, then up one exterior step to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door and you'll be on the ground level. You'll go up a set of steps to a mid level landing. From there the staircase splits and you can either go left up a set of steps to second level left or go right up a set of steps to second level right.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.
⬧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmats for your stay.

⬧ Living room = Queen sofa pullout with its bedding set up and a 48” TV
⬧ Bedroom 1 = King, en-suite bathroom 1, 55” TV and an exterior deck

The property is spacious and bedrooms are big. Love each suite has its bathroom. Condition is adequate. We also like the availability of laundry. Check in and out instructions are easy to understand. Enjoyed the walks nearby. We will consider coming back next time. The amenities are limited. We had to buy our own paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, and conditioner. There are no desks in the property which is a shame. It would be great to have a desk in each bedroom and better lighting to provide an adequate work environment.

Great Place for a Big Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I take a group of guys up every September for golf and fishing. Unfortunately, the golfing used to be free or 9 dollars a round for Snowcreek guests but this year they were changing, even guest, way to much to play 9 holes. So this will probably be the last time we stay at the Snowcreek resort.Now as for the condo, it has everything we need for ten men. The TV in the living room was a little small for the size of the living room. I noticed the first time we stayed there that the carpet upstairs was ripped and is a possible trip hazzard and is still not fixed. The cloths dryer did not work, it spun like it was drying but after (one time) I had cloths drying for 6 hours, it was still not totally dry.But other than that, the condo has what we need.

Kitchen pots and pans were of poor quality. We were happy with the 3 bedrooms and living room couches. I called about the dishwasher and someone came to get it to work the next day.

Great Winter get away

Went and stayed with my family for a quick winter get away. The location was great close by plenty of places to go get food and cook and also close to restaurants to choose from. The house was very cozy and kept us all warm during the winter storm that came in one night. Look forward to come back again.

Yearly getaway with the guys.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 15th year in a row I have taken a group of guys up for fishing and golf. This is also the second year we rented this unit. Since the snow from last winter damaged the golf course, golf was not going to happen. I was surprised that although I believe Snowcreek is under new management, because in years past, Snowcreek never would have done this. They gave us two sets of towels per bathroom including the bathroom next to the bedroom with four beds. Sadly, it was an issue getting more towels, I was told to just wash the towels. After some time, they finally brought more towels. Other than that, we had a great time, although, like last year's review, the carpets need cleaning or replacing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was fine however it would have been very helpful to have more than one trash bag and to specify that we would not have any foil or plastic wrap for food leftovers. There wasn’t even a notepad and pen to use. I have had these things at other rentals. For what we are charged, I thought it was pretty cheap on your part. We also documented a broken lamp in unit 554. Otherwise the stay was good. Ice was also up to and on doorstep- dangerous as we had one person fall hard. That should of been checked prior to check in.

Amazing Views!

It had everything we needed and plenty of space for our combined 3 families of 8. Could we have used another pan or two, sure, but we brought our own and decided to donate a couple for the next visitors. The only thing I will say, is that the floors were dirty which I did read from other reviews, but besides that it was pretty clean, just dated which I was fine with.The view was spectacular and the rental experience itself was seamless. I highly recommend this place for anyone with a large family or group.

554 was worst rental- dirty and not maintained

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 554 was overall unclean; for example, the carpets stained especially entering into the master bedroom. Master bedroom shower had black mold in tile, my wife cleaned several cobwebs from kitchen area, fireplace wall had cracks wherein this caused smoke to fill room when lighting the fireplace, oven light not working and oven was dirty. I've been staying at Snowcreek since the late 1980's and usually our rentals are clean and in good shape like when we stayed this past memorial week. We essentially cleaned the unit before unpacking and having Thanksgiving

Yearly golf and fishing trip with the guys

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the unit is very large and has plenty of room. The creek right behind the unit is wonderful to hear during the night and fish are plentiful in it. A few issues we had was the shower door in the two-queen bedroom would not open as if it was intended not to. The carpet at the top of the stairs to the two-queen bedroom was torn and the carpet leading up the stairs was dirty. A larger TV would be nice in the living room. We were supplied with 4 sets of hand towels and eight large bath towels but, when I let the resort know, they quickly brought us what we needed. Being a vacation rental owner myself, I know wear and tear happens, so these were not a big deal, the trip was great. We hope to come back next year. We are already planning the dates.

pleasant well equipped condo

Some of the kitchen items need to be sorted through and disposed of, i.e., top shelf items that are random and missing parts, just taking up space.

Great place for groups if you plan on eating out alot.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rooms were spacious and good for families to stay there but the linens were very poor quality (think motel 6) and the house definitely fell aged. we could barely open the sliding shower doors in one of the bathrooms and the windows downstairs had such a bad draft we had to keep the drapery closed a good portion of the time. The appliances were very old, two of the four burners on the range didn't work, the toaster barely worked, we had to ask for a lid for the coffee maker and the the majority of the pots and pans had a broken handle or was very worn out. I don't know what we would have done if our friend hadn't brought her own pan. For a group of people who cook alot to conserve money, the kitchen was very disappointing. We also had to call to ask for extra rolls of paper towels and toiler paper. They provided one roll per bathroom and one paper towel roll for the kitchen when we were staying for an entire week. We also called the property manager for extra kitchen towels to use less paper towels and were told that was not possible. I am not sure if the issue is with the owner of the unit or the property management company, but aside from the size of the rooms being really nice, it was lacking a great deal.

Enjoyable Mammoth Stay

The property was as listed, and actually was a lot bigger than we had expected. Parking was easy, there was plenty of amenities within the home. It was about a mile and a half from “downtown Mammoth”. Definitely would stay here again!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was fine except for the screens that had holes in them, the fridge that froze lettuce and a nightly visitor, a brown mouse. Also, they paved the street without letting us know how to get back to the condo. No notice was given at all.

Quiet getaway in the snow

This side of town is great if you prefer a quiet neighborhood with awesome Mountain Views. Rooms were large and (thankfully) beds weren’t stacked. Stream right out the master bedroom door. With snow it looked perfect. Only real issue was challenging Internet if you have to have connection.

Great Cabin with some inconveniences

The cabin was very big and comfortably fit our whole group. We enjoyed the location and community. We did have trouble with the internet speed at time, most of us stayed on our data hotspot instead of the internet. For anyone bringing pets, its a really good space, however I would call ahead as the pet fee is not added until after booking. For us it was worth the price.

Mountain Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Snowcreek every summer for a week long getaway for the last 20+ years. This was the first time we stayed in this floorplan. It is nice that every bedroom is a master with it's own bathroom. As always it was clean and well maintained. My only criticism, and it is purely a personal issue (not a problem with the condo itself)is the beds have foam mattresses. I am a big man (6' 4" and 350lbs) and foam mattresses do not work for me. I get too close to the edge and I fall out, LOL!! Only other minor issue is cooking utensils are BARE MINIMUM. We had pasta one night and there was not a pot big enough to boil pasta, had to use two smaller pots. Also no can opener. Again, all minor issues. We love Snowcreek and will keep coming back for years!

Should not be on market

Location fabulous. Landlord is abusing the price structure and not keeping his place adequately repaired. Screens were inoperable, carpets were devastatingly unhealthy and not suitable at any price point. This rental unit should not be on the market. An embarrassment at how much per night!
