Enjoy this beautiful ocean view condominium in a family-friendly low-rise complex. Just steps from the ocean with a main level balcony to watch the ocean as the sun sets. Park in front of the condo, no long walks with luggage and no long elevator waits! Sugar Beach has a fresh water pond with turtles, a public grilling area, clubhouse, shuffleboard, pool & tennis/pickle ball courts.

The condo is walking distance to Hammerhead Fred's, Longboards, Bricks & Barley Pizza, Ms. Newby’s Bar, Hershey's Beach Ice Cream shop, PCB Winery, golf, go-carts, shopping, and more.

**The resort requires the PRIMARY RENTER to be at least 25 years old.
*Please note that Sugar Beach Condominium Complex HOA charges a fee for parking. It is charged by the stay and is in addition to any fees already collected. Currently, the parking fee is $37.00 per vehicle. After booking, you will receive the link to the website to pay the parking fee**
*Trailers are allowed at Sugar Beach. Trailers are $100 per space and must be approved before arrival.
*Pet friendly upon request and approval of owner/host. Vet records to be available upon registration/check in. There is a $50 Owner/Host Pet Fee. THE HOA registration Pet Fee is $80 for first pet and $40 for a 2nd pet for 3 nights or less. If the reservation is 4 nights or more, the fee is $150 for the First Pet and $50 Second Pet. Limit 2 pets per stay. There is no weight limit, but there is an aggressive breed restriction: Akita, Chow, Doberman Pincher, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf Hybrid are not allowed.

Other things to note is a Signed rental agreement is required and will be sent within 24 hours after booking is confirmed.
NO SMOKING of any kind indoors

We had the most wonderful family vacation. Condo was well equipped with everything needed for the beach, kitchen was well stocked, washer and dryer worked great. We all enjoyed playing pickle ball and using the common space of the clubhouse. Would definitely stay again.

This unit is very close to the beach access - only a few steps away- with a great view from the balconies. It’s very roomy with plenty of space for 6 adults. Owner is very responsive to questions and emails before and during the stay. We hope to return to this rental again!

Late summer get away

This is the perfect condo for family with kids. My 10- and 4-year-old had a blast, and we had everything we needed. Chairs, beach toys, and boogie boards. There is a big dining table perfect for games or get away from everyone in one of the 3 large bedrooms each with a bathroom and TV. I will definitely book again.

The condo was great! Very comfortable 2 story 3br/3ba for a multigenerational family vacation. The unit was clean, had a great view, and just steps to the beach. The owner was so great with communication. Quite honestly the most responsive of any property I have ever stayed at. Thank you, Trent, for renting your condo to our family and letting us make memories!

Exactly has described. Cannont rate communication from the owner high enough! He is excellent! Plenty of room, convenient, plenty of beach items. Quiet property! Wonderful experience.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The condo was prefect for our group of 6. Plenty of space, conveniently located and a beautiful beach view. Trent was a great host! Very informative and made the check in and out process very easy. The property was peaceful and clean as well. I would definitely recommend this unit and this host.

Just as we had hoped!

Let me try to list the reasons to stay here... Gated community, awesome East end location close to everything, very clean, very well supplied from beach gear & towels to condiments/coffee/kitchen items, newer appliances, nicely decorated, on the beach, convenient pool, grounds well maintained, I could keep going. Most condos here do not have a beach/ocean view but this unit gives you just enough. The owner was super friendly and responded to our texted questions within minutes (we mistakenly messed up the TV). Comfy beds, kid friendly, and oh I almost forgot...pet friendly. We were able to bring our fur baby which is a huge plus! We will definitely be back! A huge thank you to the owner for a wonderful vacation and letting us enjoy your home.

Last minute getaway

The rooms were great! Loved the location and owners are wonderful with helping with anything we needed and gave us help on places to go eat that were close by. Beds were very comfortable and they had beach chairs and beach towels we could use that saved us from having to bring ours. I totally recommend and we will be coming back to stay there on the next PCB trip!

Best condo EVER !!

I think this was the best condo we have stayed in. And, we have been coming to PCB 12 yrs (or more). It was clean, comfortable w everything we needed. Did I mention a wonderful view of the ocean?!! The complex is very well kept; even with construction & Improvements going on. My favorite thing may be is that they allow our family pets too! That is very hard to find. Most pet friendly complexes are run down & are eye sores. Sugar Beach is the best we have found . And we would love it even if we could not bring our beloved pet. Stay here ! You will love it!!!

What a Great Place!

This property was wonderful! It was clean and everyone around us was kind, happy, and considerate. This property has a gorgeous view of the ocean. It was a very short walk to the beach (essentially it's in your backyard). I liked that it was a gated property, which made us feel safe. This property was in a great part of town. It was so relaxing being here. They were very welcoming to our dog. The best compliment I could give (knowing what I know after the stay), would be that I would definitely re-book this place again!
