Expansive doors and windows offer panoramic views of the pool and tropical garden from common areas of the home. Featuring an open concept design, this home offers an ideal space for families and friends to spend time together.

Designed for high-end family beach retreats, this lavish home offers plenty of amenities in each space to ensure maximum comfort.

The open concept design allows for ease of movement between the main living spaces in the home and magnificent views of the pool and tropical garden. Vaulted ceilings and oversized furniture give the space an airy, yet homey feel. The living area is a perfect place to unwind, guests can watch TV, read a book, play board games, or enjoy the view of the pool. To the left of the living area is the dining area, featuring an extra-long table to accommodate seating for up to 8 people.

The chef`s kitchen is fully stocked with essential supplies to cook and serve meals. Guests will find a great deal of amenities including a combination pod and drip Keurig, blender, and outdoor dishes. A gathering place of its own, the kitchen offers additional seating at the oversized island and a breakfast table for four.

Expansive sliding doors open up to the pool and tropical garden from both the living room and kitchen. Experience extravagance in the beautifully designed private backyard oasis. White travertine tiles surround the custom-built pool which features a fountain and tiled seating area. Pool heat can be added for a small additional fee. The gazebo is a perfect hang-out spot and provides shade from the Florida sun. The tropical garden is abundant with native Florida vegetation, colorful flowering plants, and a butterfly garden.

The master suite is a truly luxurious space designed with no detail spared. Beautiful double doors open up to the outdoor pool from the master bedroom. Furnished with a king bed and 55 inch TV for a comfortable stay. A stackable washer and dryer and a small refrigerator are included for guest convenience. The ensuite bathroom features a standalone soaking tub, his-and-hers vanities, and a walk-in shower.

The elegantly decorated queen bedroom features its own private bathroom. It also has a television and a large fan for maximum comfort.

The bunk room offers sleeping for up to four guests. Custom-built triple bunk beds give the space a unique and fun design that you won`t find anywhere else. (Liability waiver for use of the bunk beds must be signed upon arrival)

The home offers two washers and dryers. In addition to the washer and dryer in the master suite, there is a dedicated laundry room. Inside the laundry room you will also find a dedicated workspace, for those guests working remotely.

We want our guests to feel at home and welcome our guests to the entire home excluding one closet in the master bedroom, and one closet in the garage.

Pool heat can be added for an additional $25 a day. Please reserve pool heat at least 24 hours in advance.

Check-in time is 3 PM.
Check-out is 10 AM.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
No smoking is permitted on the premises.
No pets allowed.
There is garage parking and driveway parking to accommodate up to four vehicles.
Two door keys will be provided.

A Liability Waiver for use of the bunk beds must be signed upon arrival and sent to the host via email or text message. Below reads a short summary of the full waiver to be signed.

You understand that climbing, sleeping in and the use of the triple stack bunk beds is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with climbing, sleeping in and using the triple stack bunk beds. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from climbing, sleeping in and use of the triple stack bunk beds and hold owner harmless.
Guests agree to read, understand, adhere to and sign the Liability Waiver for the use of the bunk beds upon arrival.
