Good: very big and great view on the beach. Beds were comfortable. Not good: couch is trashed. Springs are gone. Furniture is all old and dirty. Tile Floor has gashes in it. This place would have been nice 15-20 years ago. Needs updating. Half the outlets don’t work or work sporadically. Btw, needs a new toaster. One broke when it kept blowing out the breaker and the cheap back up burnt everything. The pool was the size of a postage stamp. We didn’t bother. And please cut back the grass to the beach after the gate. Couldn’t use the ramp as it is buried in sand. Grass blocks the stairs and walkway. It was nice having 2 garage spots.

Great location not great furniture - tiny pool

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is in a great location and is very spacious. We had HVAC issues while we were staying in the condo which made it very uncomfortable for our group. The management team was quick to contact the owner, and he had the HVAC replaced. I was surprised that we were not offered a partial refund for staying in the condo for 4 days with the HVAC temp climbing as high as 89. The outdoor furniture is torn and broken. The indoor furniture is uncomfortable, and the beds are extremely hard. The wine fridge did not work and there were many missing/broken light fixtures. I selected I would recommend to a friend because of the location - however, the owner needs to come to their property and look it over. It needs some general attention.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our fourth time staying at this unit. Every time we walk through the door it’s like reading an old friend. Everyone knows where their bedroom is. Everyone knows where everything is in the kitchen. The couch is super comfy. The table is large for board game nights and cards and puzzles And the wraparound porch is perfect for a large gathering afternoon nap and watching the sunrise. The location is stellar and the views are insane. Do not expect super fancy furniture because it is after all on the beach, but it is comfortable and it is clean. The property manager is very kindand the added bonus of two underground parking spots means a little extra room. We absolutely love it here and can’t wait for our return visit next season.

Wonderful view

My father lived at SeaOats down the street for over 30 years. I have visited Cocoa Beach for spring break for over 50 years. It is our home away from home. Thank you sharing your beautiful home and know we took extreme care of your property.

A Cocoa Beach Weekend Getaway

As a family, we typically stay in Indian Shores for a week during this time of year. However, the Hurricanes damaged the condo. We started searching for a suitable place in Cocoa Beach and found this wonderful Oceanfront condo. Although the book was very late, it was easy, and communication from the owners was timely. We enjoyed our time in the condo, the beach, and restaurants around Cocoa Beach.

Unit 501

Had a wonderful stay especially seating outside seeing the sunrise with our coffee. Kayaking through the mangroves was especially nice and watching the ships go by and the space rocket being sent up.

Top floor ocean front unit with a large balcony that will talk any and all stresses away. The view from inside the unit is pretty spectacular with all the ocean facing glass. The unit had everything we needed from household items to beach gear, and was very comfortable. Added bonus in July, parking within the enclosed parking garage under the building. A nice plus when hot or raining. This was our second stay and already looking forward to our next stay!

Seaside Serenity and Mix of Cleanliness Issues.

This property had the most beautiful ocean front view with a wrap around balcony. The design of the condo is so very beautiful and has so much potential to present much better, especially for the cost and marketing as a luxury condo. While we were there, we ran into a minor issue with the garage door opener. Luckily, Cathy, the property manager, was quick to respond and provided us with a replacement without delay. On the downside, we found the cleanliness of the property to be a bit lacking. The furniture was heavily stained, dining room chairs broken, cupboards were dirty, and the floors were in need of a good scrub. In fact, we ended up buying a Swiffer to give the floors a thorough cleaning ourselves. We also think there was mold on the vents. We want to stay at this complex again, but just a different condo.

We appreciate the size and location of the property. Also love the parking.The pool is ridiculously small but we love the beach so it is not a problem for us.The furniture is not in good shape - very dirty couch which should be cleaned or replaced. The little pineapple lamp is on its last leg. The dining room chairs have many loose legs. Outdoor couch is dirty and the furniture is large. The entertainment center has many broken parts.With that being said, it is still a great place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd stay over the last 4 years. We fell in love immediately with wraparound ocean view porch (perfect for a midday nap!). The kitchen is large and great for a long stay for our family of five. The bedrooms are lovely and it’s just a quick hop over a dune on a private boardwalk to the beach. My only comment is the master en-suite bath has only a half wall to separate it from the bed (a king!) and i do wish there was a area rug for the living room and not just under the dining table. We definitely will be back again next year!!

In addition toaster broken, one of dining table chair legs broken, latch broken on master bedroom sliding door. Really owner should reimburse us for some of expenses of stay. Our cooking plans changed a lot after discovery of broken stovetop. Location is the best. Size of condo is great. With the price could be more generous with toilet paper;one roll per bathroom. No hand soap. Very cheap paper towels. Didn't touch thermostat as setting was perfect. View and balcony perfect. Would stay again if owner compensated us for cooking troubles.

Perfect week on the beach

We absolutely loved our time here. Instructions were good and the parking was easy. The kitchen was beautiful and the furniture was very comfortable. The balcony is esquisite, and the wraparound the side is great when you want to be out there but need to escape from the sun. The location is excellent and we took advantage of the short walk to the Sandbar for cocktails more than once. We're ready to go back!
