Modern Mountain Townhouse: private garage/entrance

This rare south facing new build end unit townhome is conveniently located within 10 min walk of downtown. From the private entrance/garage; you walk up to the main living area where you will find unobscured views of the most prominent peaks in the area. Views this good are hard to come by & can be enjoyed on the patio! The entire space is designed to be bright, spacious, & comfortable. Private garage and central A/C make this property stand out from the rest!

This is new build construction with all modern appliances and fixtures. There is a private deck with stunning unobscured views of Rundle, Ha Ling, and Three Sisters peaks. Not many places have all three of these epic mountains in sight. The bedrooms both feature expansive penthouse style floor to ceiling windows with top down/bottom up blinds.

Another rarity in Canmore, there is central air conditioning, as it does get hot in the mountains occasionally.

Please note that the breathtaking views exist because another building cannot go up directly behind the unit as there is a train track there. The entire town of Canmore is built alongside the train tracks and Highway 1. As you can see in the reviews, there is train noise along Bow Valley Trail. Please do not book if you are a sensitive sleeper as we don`t want our reviews impacted when guests are well aware of the train at the time of booking. The Trans Canada train is iconic and our children personally can`t get enough of it!

Self check in via smart cipher lock with new custom code for each stay. There is a garage attached to the townhouse and an additional dedicated parking stall behind the property. Park your car(s) and walk/bike to everything. There are foot/bike paths on both sides of the property that you can use to get around.

We are available to answer questions before, during, and after each reservation. We love to provide tips on local activities in the mountains, please don’t hesitate to ask!

This property is centrally located which makes it very easy to walk to pretty much anything. It is a stone throw away from restaurants, stores, and the amazing Aquatic/Fitness center “Elevation Place” which has an indoor pool, sauna, gym, rock climbing wall and much more.

Canmore can be a busy place especially in the summer months. Walking or biking is the easiest way to get around and you will be in great company as Canmore is a very active community.

Convenient bike storage in private garage.

Like most legal short term rental accommodations in Canmore, this property is near the rail road tracks and will experience some noise when trains transit the town. The unobstructed mountain views more than make up for the occasional train traffic in our opinion.

nice condo

This unit was attractive and comfortable. Kitchen had the dishes and cookware you would expect. We enjoyed the views from the mountains; grocery stores and downtown Canmore was within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.

Modern townhouse but just next to a railroad

Pros - Modern townhouse - new appliances, modern kitchen - spacious living room with a new big screen TV - clean - comfortable beds Cons - literally next to a railroad. That's a nightmare if you're traveling with kids. - 1.5 bath instead of 2 listed - outdoor parking is tough, you have the last spot, that's a parking drill especially when two trucks parked nearby.
