Peaceful home in Vail. Family friendly with lots of space for everyone.
Bring the whole family to this extravagant home with lots of room for fun! The vaulted ceilings and open feel allow tons of light into the space. With this Tuscan style 2-story you have room to sleep 9 people plus with an office flex space! Play a game of Basketball in the front yard driveway, prepare a large meal in the oversized kitchen and dining room, or watch the stars on the rooftop deck with panoramic MOUNTAIN VIEWS. There are so many spaces to see!
The home has mostly carpet and tile in the "wet" areas. It is very cozy. The outdoor door space is great for gatherings. It has a large covered patio and oversized gravel rear and side yard. The kitchen includes coffee and any amenities a guest would need for cooking and entertaining. Surround sound in the family room makes for great movie nights. Upstairs in the master there is another sound system, receiver and remote next to the tv. Propane tank on the rooftop deck will need to be filled by guest should they decide to use it please make sure gas it is turned off before departing.
The home is easily accessible behind the security door is the digital keypad. Please do not lock the security door at checkout. In order to access the keypad, touch the bottom of the circle for the numbers to illuminate. Type in door code, and touch the bottom of the circle once more. The door will unlock. All the televisions are smart tv's and offer streaming of your services, most apps are already loaded and ready for login.
If you have any questions at any time I am available by message or call. If there is an emergency please call 911 and then notify me.
Additionally a private catered or meal service delivery is available to you and your guests for a fee. Please inquire about the additional service before or during your stay, a minimum of 48 hours notice needed for services.
Nearby there are off roading trails, biking and hiking. So much to do and see!
Local Grocery: Safeway, 13380 E Mary Ann Cleveland Way, Vail, AZ 85641 Starbucks inside!
Hiking: Check out our local attraction at Colossal Cave, a large cave system, and the Rincon Mountains District of Saguaro National Park.
Off-Roading: check out Reddington for OHV and The Lake OHV
A vehicle is needed for access to amenities which are only within a few miles of the property.
Leave beds un-made and place towels in washing machine with door open.
Do not turn off any surge protectors in the home.
PARKING NOTE: IN HIGH WINDS PLEASE PARK TO THE LEFT OF THE DRIVEWAY AS THE BASKETBALL HOOP CAN TIP.
House must be broom swept and all perishable items tossed in the outdoor garbage pails. Pickup is Wednesday early morning. Please have out at street Tuesday evening or at checkout. If you stay during a trash day please place pails at the street and bring in after pickup.
No vehicles parked in the street overnight. Driveway parking only.
Loud noise should be limited after the hours of 8pm and before 8am.
Air conditioning should be turned to 85 degrees at checkout (summer bookings)
Heat to be set to 50 at checkout (winter bookings)
Ensure all lights are off and windows and doors and gates are locked and closed at checkout.
Please make sure all outdoor furniture and toys are put to their original placement and stored away.
Fire places are for show no burning allowed.
There is no garage access, driveway only. The screened in room in the back is locked and for owner access only.
Be sure to collect all belongings, any personal items left behind will be discarded after check-out.
Please mind the Arizona Wildlife as it may be beautiful, just not always friendly.
