- Gran Master BR con cama King size con colchón con cubierta tipo almohada, mesillas de noche con lámparas y ventilador de techo. El vestidor, el escritorio y el tocador brindan un amplio espacio de almacenamiento. El baño principal tiene dos lavabos, inodoro separado con puerta y una gran ducha de azulejos del suroeste. Las puertas interiores francesas y las puertas exteriores de seguridad francesa blindadas duraderas acceden al patio cubierto, proporcionando aire fresco en el desierto mientras mantienen la privacidad.

Rhonda the host was so nice and made sure everything was perfect. The yard is beautiful and so relaxing with the well maintained pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. If we are in Tuscon again we will definitely try to stay here again. The house has lots of art and books that represent the south west.

This property is wonderful. It was perfect for our family and two fur babies. It has EVERYTHING you could possibly need. The property manager Rhonda is amazing. Also, the floorplan is handicap assessable. We enjoyed everything about this property.

Everything was great. The back yard is incredible. The kitchen is large and well stocked. Very comfortable living room and extra sitting area. It also has a large dining table. Owner is very accommodating, and even reached out to us before the trip.

You guys. Book this house. Like , now. There is a grocery store, gas station , park, and THE BEST TACOS within a half mile, and the neighborhood is quiet and clean. The house is a literal home away from home and so comfortable. There were extra sets of bedding in every closet , and lots of seating in the gathering areas. The pool was my kids favorite part, snd they were often just begging to stay in rather than go explore Tucson. Fully stocked kitchen made it easy to shop and cook rather than go out for every meal, but the proximity to town was a breeze too. You’ll need a car. Uber would have been soo expensive and I didn’t look into public transit enough to see if would even be an option. The host was so kind and caring, and I’m definitely looking for reasons to come back !

Amazing experience. Exceptional hosts - The kind of place you walk into and you feel like you’re at home literally. Comfortable, open , well-maintained. Everything you need is accessible. Great overall value with having the option of using the pool as well as being surrounded by mature landscape, birds, butterflies in this desert oasis. It was tranquil, relaxing, refreshing, and exactly what my family needed. Highly recommend the host as well as this hidden gem.

This was our first time visiting Tucson and the property was ideal for our stay. The pool was amazing since it was so hot and was nice to enjoy after touring Tucson everyday while we were there. The owner communicated very well throughout our stay and even called before we came to see if we needed anything in particular which was very nice! We loved staying here and would love to come back to stay again. The house was very beautiful and had everything plus some that we needed.

Had a pleasant quick stay in August 2025. I won't repeat the facts of the profile... which were all true. Just a few extra things that are worth noting!- The garage is available for your use! It's completely empty so as long as car fits between the back wall and the door, you're golden. Owners provide a garage door opener you can keep in the car while you're there. - Entry is via a simple lockbox with a 4 digit code. Owners don't need to be there when you arrive at all, so our arrival at around midnight didn't inconvenience anyone. - I was a little surprised that the deep end of the pool is pretty deep. Bonus for big kids and adults who like jumping, but something to keep in mind if you have little ones. - A nice big basket of rolled up pool towels outside under the porch cover was beautifully convenient.

First time renting. Amazing!

This was the first time we have rented a property. It was wonderful. Home was beautiful. Rhonda is an amazing owner! Everything was perfect and she reached out to make sure we didn't need anything. We couldn't have been happier.

Amazing house

Everything about the host and the property was perfect. Personal touches, quick responses, awesome pool/outdoor area, super comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, I could go on and on. Just book this place and you won’t be disappointed. We will be coming back!

Lovely and relaxing backyard!!!

Overall our stay was a very good experience. The positives outweigh the negatives. POSITIVES: 1. The beautiful and private backyard was the main reason we chose this rental and it did not disappoint! A haven for birds w/trees, plants and flowers. The pool is lovely, tho not heated so we weren't able to swim for our Feb/March stay - except to soak our feet after hiking which was great! Yard includes multiple seating areas providing both sun and shade PLUS a gas fire table for relaxing with a drink after dark. 2. A very spacious home, nicely decorated- not sterile like many rentals. Plenty of room when our daughter & friends spent a week to do rock climbing in the mountains. Well supplied w/ towels, sheets, blankets, supplies. 3. Safe, mostly quiet, family community w/2 parks near the house. Walk to grocery store & bagel shop.4. Super friendly, VERY responsive owners were nearby and available to help with ANY needs or concerns. If you ask for something, they will probably get it for you! NEGATIVES:1. Like most rentals, some functional aspects are pretty old/ tired (appliances, plumbing, TV's, etc) Some seating is worn flat. Quality mattresses, but metal frames w/ board platforms are noisy/hard. 2. Rita Ranch is next to a busy RR line, w/ trains running all night which sometimes disturbs sleep. It is a bit isolated from the city proper, so takes a long time to get anywhere (true no matter where you stay in Tucson!) Proximity to Interstate 10 helps.

Beautiful house and property. What you see in the pictures is what you see when you open the front door. Very welcoming and clean. Did not get to use the pool as it was too cold, if there was a hot tub we would of utilized it. Will definitely book again.

Comfy home

the owner did an excellent job with communication, before, during and after departure. We were traveling with a baby and she had a high chair and pack-n-play available. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The backyard is gorgeous and relaxing to sit outside. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

More than expected!

We had an amazing stay! From the very start we had great communication with the owner. She was so accommodating and helpful, offering suggestions of places to eat and things to do. She checked in to see how we were doing. We were greeted warmly with little details. The place was clean and had more amenities than we could have hoped. Check out was a breeze. It completely exceeded our expectations!

Lovely property

Great house. Very well supplied! Backyard was very private and had a fire pit and a lot of room for a larger group. The pool would be a wonderful attraction in the warmer months. The hostess Rhonda was so easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Wow! This was our best VRBO experience yet! This property had everything we needed and more! I over packed on the basics. Plus there were plenty of towels, bedding supplies, towel paper, papertowels, trash bags, cooking equipment, and dishes. The outdoor gas firepit was perfect for the cool evenings with plenty of propane. The house was well decorated, very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The owner was so nice to work with and made everything so easy from check in to check out. Great home away from home. We will be back!

Best VRBO I’ve stayed in

The house is beautiful, comfortable, easy to manage 4 people and dogs. Great pool, wonderful comfortable yard with an outdoor space that’s very functional and comfortable. The house is equipped with everything you need and then some. Rhonda is so generous and thoughtful about everything that’s there for you to use. She communicated quickly and clearly for the questions we had. She is welcoming and warm. We could not have asked for a better experience. I would stay there again for sure!

Rhonda is from New England and Scott is from the Detroit area. We have 3 adult children: A son in the USCG stationed in SC; a son who is a chef in Salem, MA; and a daughter attending college in AZ. Rhonda's mom has retired in nearby Vail, AZ and is a huge part of our Tucson lives. Now we want to share our good fortune and offer our home to you! If you have any questions or concerns while visiting, we will be nearby to offer local advice or attend to your household's needs.

After raising our children on a 1 acre property, we decided to downsize. We have many friends who live or have lived in this wonderfully planned community and fell in love with the spacious rooms and floor plan, 100 percent tile flooring, 40 foot long North facing covered patio to start and end the day, corner lot adding room for landscaping and additional guest parking, and a private 9 foot deep pool with diving board to cool off any time we feel like it. SOLD!
Groceries, restaurants, churches, pizza deliveries, hair and nail salons, and basically all of the shopping options you would expect in a planned community are blocks away. Our most recent addition is a Dunkin' Donuts and a brand new Walmart located just 2 miles from the house.
