A beautiful villa for a relaxing getaway.
five bedroom villa in the heart of Los Angeles , open floor concept with a huge kitchen , two stories with four bedrooms on the top floor. A very luxurious master bedroom with a walking closet including bathroom. Every room has its own bathroom and closet. The back yard has a big pool, jacuzzi barbecue area , a siting area under a roof, perfect for relaxing day with a glass of wine. Walking distance to many restaurants shopping mall, boutiques , bars and more.

***PLEASE read rules/policies and all listing details carefully before booking.

***Important***
-NO parties allowed. You will be charged for violation of rules and your money wilI NOT be refunded.
***If more than 15 people at any time are found to be on the property, it will be considered as a party/ gathering and we will charge a fine that night.
-The pool/jacuzzi can be used with a charge of $180 per day
-Please keep noise volume/music to a minimum when outdoors. We respect our neighbors!
***Smoking is allowed only OUTSIDE-NO smoking inside the premises!
Guests acknowledge the premises are designated as smoke-free INSIDE of the property and jug not to smoke INSIDE the premises. This includes, but is not limited to: tobacco, marijuana, any other substance and/ or vaping chemicals. In any case a guest smokes/vapes on the premises, guest agrees to pay a penalty fee for violation

Airy, light, spacious property - Great place of a gathering

Great house, lovely kitchen, ensuite in every bedroom - overall a great location for my birthday gathering. Airbnb had let us down the day before we were due to travel and Sima came to our rescue. I would recommend this property to my friends and family who are travelling to LA!

Lots of space in good location

We rented this house to spend the 2017 Christmas holiday with family and friends. Its size and layout was perfect for the 10 of us staying there and the many more who shared our holiday meal or just stopped by for coffee. For us introverts, there were plenty of spaces to get away: the patio and hot tub were especially great for that. The kitchen is as good as it appears in the pictures. There was ample storage in the cabinets and the huge fridge and freezer, and plenty of tableware and cooking utensils. Our only complaint was the lack of sharp knives. Sima was very easy to reach for the small issues that arose. She’s by far the most responsive VRBO owner I’ve ever encountered. We pointed out that her cleaning crew was not doing a good job on the floors, (although the rest of the surfaces were clean). She took that into account with our refund, which came very promptly. Another first. I would have loved to see two bedside tables and reading lamps in every bedroom and towel racks in all the bathrooms, but these were small inconveniences, especially given the location, which was ideal for us. Grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance, and it took us maybe 30 minutes to get to the beach. It was a lovely week, and I’m happy to recommend this property.

House is beautiful but not well maintained.

The house is absolutely gorgeous but we had several problems during our stay. The a/c did not work for the first 5 days we were there and after several phone calls the owner came by and said there was nothing wrong with it. Finally had it serviced and the tech said it was completely out of Freon. The LA power and water came to disconnect services due to non payment on the second day and had we not been there we would have come in to no power and water. The master bath bathtub did not work and the floors in the house were very dirty. It's obvious the owners are not willing to put money into this house to maintain it which was very disappointing because it is a beautiful home.

Perfect home for our family

This home had the perfect layout for our large family. Everyone had their own bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is a dream kitchen where several of us could work together. With two connected areas for gathering and the outside patio everyone was comfortable. The pool and hot tub are lovely and the kids were in the pool constantly. Also, the homeowner was always available by phone or in person. We enjoyed being able to walk to the stores or restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend renting this home!

Great property and VERY nice/helpful owners

Went to the area to watch niece dive in a meet at UCLA. Forty Five minutes on a busy freeway but we always made it in 20 taking the back roads. The property was exactly as pictures showed and with five bedrooms and each with its own bath it worked great for the 10 of us! Property is clean and well cared for. The highlight for us was the spa - did not bother to heat the pool though we could have but took advantage of the spa both evenings and early mornings. Also had fabulous meal in large dining area for all of us - plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Place is located a block from restaurants, grocery store and pharmacies. We walked when we needed to pick anything up. Plenty of room for three cars in drive way and close by street parking. Owners especially nice and helpful when I had a question though I did not have many. Even made arrangements for us to get the key early to make it more convenient for us. Would definitely stay again if a group of us come to LA area!! Thank you Sima!

Thank you both for opening up your beautiful house. We appreciated your immediate responses to our needs and quickly resolving issues that came up during our stay. We recommend this property for a comfortable vacation home. The pool and jacuzzi was wonderful. The kitchen is everything one needs to create a feast, the master bed is spacious and the master bath and spa had me wanting to live in the bath. Three of the other bedrooms are good sized and the fifth is smaller, could be used for an office with french doors and balcony. We hope to keep in touch! T and B
