This property boasts a total of 4 bedrooms. On the second floor, you'll find two inviting bedrooms: a cozy Queen bedroom with a queen-size bed and a fun kids' room featuring two twin bunk beds and one has a pull-out twin bed. There's also a convenient workstation for your use.
On the primary floor, the Master bedroom offers a queen bed, an HD streaming TV for your entertainment, and an ensuite full bathroom with a relaxing bathtub. A pack 'n play is available in the closet for the little ones.
In the basement, there's another comfortable Queen bedroom waiting for you. For additional sleeping arrangements, the large couch is available for a comfy rest.

The house features a total of three and a half bathrooms. On the second floor, there's a full bathroom with a shower and bathtub conveniently located just outside the bedrooms.
On the primary floor, you'll find a half bathroom beside the kitchen, where the laundry area is also situated. The master bedroom features a full ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower for your exclusive use.
In the basement, there's an additional full bathroom for added convenience.

Note: Air conditioning is available seasonally from June to Labor Day, as temperatures cool down after that period.

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked

- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.
